Whilst room was ok though small would question 4 star status . Breakfast was sparse not really up to a 4 star standard. Hotel is also way out of the centre 2 trams which whilst is easy to do you can sometimes take 25 mins due to tram timings.

Nice hotel overall
Gemma Cooper, Essex
The hotel was nice, rooms were fairly small but idea for our stay as we weren't in the hotel much. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us with the trams! The hotel is around a 10 minute tram ride to the centre but is a lot cheaper than taxis.
The best thing about my stay was...The shower was amazing!

Can not fault the hotel at all. Clean. Friendly staff. Lovely room. BUT HAVING ARRIVED WAS TOLD MY RESERVATION HAD BEEN CANCELLED AS ALPHAROOMS HAD GONE BUST!!! Thankfully there was a room available. They felt sorry for us as we had booked with a dodgy firm. Shame on you Alpharooms. So to sum up....good time but no thanks to Alpharooms!

From start to finish I couldn't fault our stay here! The lady on reception when we checked in was so friendly and kind! Same with the man who we checked out with, housekeeping was brilliant also! Rooms are fab, although it's a distance from the Dam the tram 12 comes frequently outside the hotel and the 13/14 into the dam is just as effiecent!
The best thing about my stay was...The room so comfy

We had a 1 night stay in a quad room as a stop over. The hotel was easy to drive to and find yet only 10 mins to Dam square from the tram stop outside. The room was immaculate, staff friendly and you had a massive choice at the breakfast buffet. Great choice for a quiet visit to Amsterdam
The best thing about my stay was...Cleanliness of the hotel and friendly was of staff.

julia kenneally, england
We found the hotel very comfortable, The breakfasts were very good , a lot of choice. The reception staff were not very attentive , a long queue with only two receptionists, one hanging on the phone for at least five minutes totally ignoring the queue. Hotel a little way out but tram stops outside
The best thing about my stay was...the bathroom , cleanliness , tram stop

Just back from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Very high standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Lots of little extras (not just shower gel, shampoo etc) but nail file, shoe horn, shoe cleaning kit, sewing kit, mints. Décor was to high standard. Breakfast was included in our stay and this was lovely. Covered everything from fresh fruit, cereals, continental to cooked bacon, eggs, omelettes as well as a range of bread and croissants. Had an evening meal which was a buffet but a very generous buffet including sea food, meat, salads, desserts and a chocolate fountain! A little way out but nice and quiet and the tram stopped right outside.
The best thing about my stay was...breakfast
