The maid took are money and phone
Sarah Horwood, Oxford
Would never stay here again. On are 3rd day we had a new maid one of are group stayed behind while she cleaned. The maid went to mop the floor so are friend offered to stand on the balcony. While are friend was waiting for her to finishing mopping the maid was going through are cases. she stole £100 and 300 euros and an i phone 4s. there are safes but at no point do i think that while you are in the room should you need to keep your phone and the in a safe. Management didnt nothing didnt seem to give a toss. she was allowed to carry on working going in peoples rooms. The last day we were there she robbed someones i pad and clothes while this person was asleep next to them. If u do stay there sleep with your key in the door so people are not getting into your room while your asleep. Dont trust leaving anything in your room unless you are stood next to it and awake (this includes your clothes). Also read the review from the last 3 yrs and u will see this has happened many time. really show how much management really care and do anything
The best thing about my stay was...leaving the hotel

Xaloc was shut...So we were put in the San Remo..!
Ginnette Gibbs, Camberley Surrey
The San remo was a nice enough hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean.. However....the other guests staying there ruined our stay. They were impolite, uncourteous and very rude.. In the early hours of the morning the trouble would start with doors banging, shouting, swearing and crying with alot of banging on doors for at least a couple of hours each morning. Probably a great hotel for youngsters, who want to party all night.. Definately no good for people who want a quiet relaxing holiday.

Run down apts in desperate need of updating, beware of thieves here
Maureen Gallimore, Liverpool
Very basic in need of repair, no air conditioning, dirty walls, broken fixtures and fittings. Had our money stolen but the thief was kind enough to place everything back neat and tidy ( had to of been the maid ) she was kind enough to leave us more fresh sheets and a new bin liner at 3 30 in the afternoon of our first 24 hours in the apts.
The best thing about my stay was...The weather
27 August 2011
These apts are only suitable for young groups basically as a place to lay your head after a night out.
These apts are very very basic, no air con, dirty fridge crockery etc., we had all our money stolen, no sign of a break in at all and everything was put back neat and tidy, the maid had left fresh sheets on the sofa but had already been that day so should not have needed to go back in the room. Staff did nothing to help other than phone police in ibiza town which is the other side of the island where we waited nearly 6 hours to be seen. Keys to all apts are left in cleaners room at the top of the building and anybody can come and go without question.
The best thing about my stay was...Close to beach and nice weather

DISCUSTING HOTEL DONT DO IT
Rob , Dudley West midlands
we have just returened from 9 days in Ibiza where we turned up at 3-25am tired and just wanting our beds, we were booked in at the hotel opposite and then told to go over the road, What greeted us was discusting, feusus and wee all over the place, sick in the corridors and up the stairs and over all electrics in apartment were all totaly unsafe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I must however stress that Alpha rooms were there strait away after a phone call to remove us from there and we were moved to the hotel we booked in at Thanks Alpha rooms
The best thing about my stay was...weather, scuba, skiing, and apart from being to lively for us it IBIZA WHAT DO YOU EXPECT

worn out, could do with a make over
i booked and paid for a 1 bed apartment about 6 weeks b4 arrival, when we checked in we were given the keys to our room ,it was a studio, i complained, the lady on the desk said they were fully booked and it was the only room left,i said i had paid for a 1 bed apartment and thats what i wanted, she then gave me the keys to a 1 bed apartment(she was a very polite woman and i think she was only doing her job) the room was clean-ish but there was no bedroom door, the fridgedoor was nearly hanging off,the knob on the cooker was missing,as were the lightshades, some locks on windows didnt work and they never changed the linen on the beds all week(the maids did come in and make the beds and clean but it was hit and miss)half of the sunbeds were broken but the pool area wasnt bad,the location is great on one of the main streets with plenty of parking, the bars are good(try sun and moon bar for good value and good food, also georges peppermint cafe for pizzas, chillis ect(although it doesnt open until may but we have been b4 many times),pink panther bar just underneath apartments was also good, weather even in april was brill) the apartments are very well worn and shabby but for what we paid £150 for the room the week you probably get what you pay for, we never complained and just got on with enjoying our cheap week in the sun

After reading all the reviews before travelling to the Xaloc Apartment i was abit worried, convinced we where going to get robbed while asleep or wake to strange men in our room!!! Am pleased to say nothing like this happened. me and my 3 friends stayed at Xoloc for 4 nights all inclusive in september 2010. Rooms are quite big but basic and have a little kitchen area. When checking in you do have to check in the sister hotel over the road but it is litrally a 20 second walk no big deal. The restaurant is also over in the sister hotel food there is very nice and quite a good variety. Pool area was big and clean. The only down fall to this hotel is if you plan on going to bed before 3 o'clock uve got no chance as the bars next door are still playing loud music up until then. The main bar's and clubs are about a 15-20 minutes walk but you can walk along the beach/ harbour which is nice and they have a range of bars and shops along the way. All in all i would recommend this hotel for a short stay and for what you pay you can not complain.

basic but all you need
we went all inclusive which was very good value for money, a little annoying that you had to go to the hotel accross the road for drinks, however, did not really matter. the pool was very quiet as most used the one in the hotel oposite where the bar was. Good range of food for the all inclusive, and as many free drinks as you wanted. The rooms were very clean and basic all you need for ibiza really, yet also had a fridge which was good as we were all inclusive, and we had a nice little balcony. It was also in a good location 15 minutes walk to san antonio/west end, and 10 min to the bay up near peppers and the other bars, overall, a good place to stay.

Xaloc Spring 2010
I stayed here as its handy for my mates bar, I had been told it was basic but was happy with the room as it had everything I needed. The room was big enough to house 3 people i would have said... with one on the settee. Ideal for mates rather than families. The bathroom is a nice size and you get a fridge and microwave in the kitchen. The hotel needs abit of a refurb esp the corridors as the carpets are a little 'used' and needed a clean, however this maybe changed before season starts i guess. Id recommend this hotel for those really needing a base for a holiday and you cant really complain as the price is excellent. The pool area is also lovely and you are near lots of good restaurants and bars.
