There is a crack in everything
David Allan, United Kingdom
Stayed for 1 week at begining of December. Huge room, comfortable bed, shower was not the best and could have done with a "how to use guide", never seen one quite like it. I was on breakfast only, which I could not fault, a huge choice of hot and cold food, lots of fruit and ceral, very good value. Pool area was good with plenty of recliners. All in all it was good value for money and if you are into sport health this place will suit you.
The best thing about my stay was...Comfortable room, good food, efficient, friendly staff

Not sure it deserves to be a 4*
I decided to go away the day before I booked my break, I am very impulsive. I looked online at various hotels and decided on this one as it was near to the beach, had free wifi and it was 4* and all others at this price were 3*. Firstly it doesn't have free wifi, it has a free trial for '3 hours' which doesn't even last 3 hours. Receiving pictures or uploading to Facebook is basically a no go. Some people don't need wifi and therefore won't care but when you have animals or children back home staying in touch is important. Wifi was €7.50 a day which I decided not to pay. We found a huge cockroach in our room and the rooms aren't cleaned on Sundays, the towels were stained with bleach and the throws on the beds were stained brown in places. The apartment was huge but kind of pointless I had a huge kitchen which of course I didn't need. The pool area was lovely, the cushions for sun beds were free to borrow and they had a table of suncreams available to use for free, which helped as I only took hand luggage with me and couldn't take my sun cream. The food was beautiful, I ate different types of food and enjoyed it all, a good choice of food was available and it was all hot and well cooked. The cafe by the pool was closed one of the days with no warning which was frustrating as I had to walk to the indoor bar for a drink in my swimwear. It was a nice stroll to the beach and to the local town, all within easy reach. I wouldn't go back to this hotel again, if I went back to Lanzarote I would choose to stay at Peurto Del Carmen as it looked beautiful when passing through. I recommend the excursion: South short tour, a tour around the volcanoes with camel rides, I booked this through the excursion shop near the beach as it was €8 cheaper than the hotel price.
The best thing about my stay was...Hotel was quiet and not at all busy

Efficient, friendly staff and good facilities. I felt this hotel offered good value for money and couldn't really fault it. The free wi-if wasn't very good but I didn't mind paying as it was much better.
The best thing about my stay was...Efficiency
