Not going back again!
It's a nice hotel from pictures and when you check in. However we were there for 4 nights and out of the 4 nights, we only got hot water in out bathroom on 1 night! Bear in mind that it was freezing and we were there with 2 kids! There was no notice given by the hotel and no apologies. We had to call the reception a few times for them to let us know that they were aware of the problem and were working on it! The only positive thing was the restaurant where the staff were amazing and the food was good. Other than this I would have given them a zero rating!!! Very disappointed especially for the money you pay! Not staying there ever again.
The best thing about my stay was...The restaurant and the staff in the restaurant.

Lovely staff with good language skills and very helpful, especially when we had issues with transfers back to the airport. The room was very clean and exceptionally clean (liked the idea of a reward for opting out of cleaning). very efficient shuttlebus service to Disneyland parks. Our only gripe was guests lack of respect for hours of activity (people runninng and yelling down the hallways at 11:30pm and 6:30am!!) maybe signs could have been in the lifts. Thank you all for a lovely stay
The best thing about my stay was...Theming of the hotel.

Great base - close enough to walk.
Kevin Rimmer, Liverpool
Hotel is about 1.2 miles from Disney gates and train station to Paris. You can get the free shuttle bus or walk. We walked it in 22 mins quite easily with a 4 year old in a push chair. The bus can get quite full at park opening and close times. Definitely try the pool,it’s a great little pool. The breakfast is ideal and fills you for most of the day. There’s a supermarket within a mile away. Just pop out on to the main road, turn left then left at the next junction and it’s on your left. It literally has everything you may want, including fresh bread and sandwiches to make lunch. The park prices are way high. €14-€20 for a takeaway meal.
The best thing about my stay was...Location.

Perfect location for Disney
Staff were polite and helpful. Free use of luggage room and shuttle service were life savers. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Sadly the foyer was under refurbishment so didn’t look like the photos and have that full on circus theme but the Disney parks made up for that. Definitely would stay again.
The best thing about my stay was...Free shuttle to Disney & breakfast

Okay hotel but i'd avoid due to the shuttle bus
The hotel is okay, it's currently under refurbishment (March 2017) but I can forgive that. The hotels was clean, staff friendly etc. It caters well for children arcades in reception and bunk beds in the room. The food in the restaurant was decent and fairly priced. The hotels advertises a "spa" on the website, its a pool with a therapist on hand but not a spa. It's a nice pool and again is good for kids but if you're expecting a sauna and steam room etc like in a spa you'd be disappointed. However i'd be avoiding this hotel in the future due to the horrendous shuttle bus. It's carnage no matter what time of day. We had a 4 year old with us and he was being pushed all over by adults. Not one person offered him a seat and it was 15 to 20 minute journey on a "stretchy" bus that in England we only really see at airports not doing 70mph down the motorway. My son had to either stand or we had to carry him, either way it was frightening for a 4 year old. There's a real stampede when the bus arrives due to how overcrowded it is with numerous people having to wait for the next one. The next bus is often the same overcrowded nightmare. The driver even came along and pushed passengers into the bus on one occasion. We resorted to getting a taxi but that was 25 Euro one way when you consider one of the reasons for booking this hotel is the free convenient shuttle its annoying to have to resort to taxis. All social etiquette and decency goes out of the window when on that bus it was awful. We stayed for 3 nights, the plan was always day 1 arrive and visit pool, day 2 Disneyland, day 3 centre of Paris. If I was booking this trip again I would stay in the centre of Paris and just get the metro out for that one day it takes about 45 minutes from centre and we'd avoid that bus.
The best thing about my stay was...Getting a taxi

Great family hotel
Lovely connecting rooms, ideal for larger families. The bar in the evening was very small, and not enough staff. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The best thing about my stay was...The brightly coloured rooms, the swimming pool was great,.
