Review of 'SARSFIELD BRIDGE'

The interior of the Sarsfield Bridge was stunning and the bar and restaurant are of a high standard. The room we stayed in was a little small but equally equipt to make it a pleasant stay. It was ideally located in the midst of the city and centre and was within easy walking distance of a number of pubs and restaurants. There are fantastic views across the River Shannon looking towards King John's Castle which made for pleasant sceneary. I found all the staff to be polite and helpful and they all made you feel welcome. Me and my partner were staying in Limerick for our anniversary and the reception staff arranged for pre-ordered flowers and champagne to be delivered on behalf of my partner, which was a nice gesture.
The only negative point I can offer is the breakfast in the morning wasn't that good and was dry and bland.
I would certainly recommend people to stay at the Sarsfield Bridge Hotel and would definitely consider staying there again if I was to return to Limerick.

Review of 'SARSFIELD BRIDGE'

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Limerick, the Sarsfield Bridge Hotel was a great choice, a central location with commanding views over the river and the castle in the distance. We found the hotel rooms spacious, clean, comfortable and its staff very helpful (nothing was too much trouble).

The food, service and bar area was very good.... needless to say we hope to return for another short break!!!.

Review of 'SARSFIELD BRIDGE'

We stayed for one night, the bar area and breakfast were lovely. The room we stayed in was very noisy due to being next to a main road, and if we had stayed for more than one night I would have asked to be moved also we are non smokers and the room was a smokers room and it was smelt very strong on the bedding and in the room. We would stay again but we would ask for a quieter room non smoking room.

Review of 'SARSFIELD BRIDGE'

Rooms clean and well appointed but a little small. Excellent location for centre with free secure car parking. Breakfast choice very good but rather over cooked. Friendly staff. A bit noisy though if your room is on the front due to traffic and bustling pub below

Review of 'SARSFIELD BRIDGE'

From the moment you walk into this well run classy hotel you know you are in for a good trip. A very helpful warm welcome from reception to the bar staff and from the doormen at night to the kitchen staff who all can`t do enough for you. As we were a group of rugby players out for the wales ireland game we normally stayed in a cheap type accomodation but after staying at the sarsfield bridge two years ago we enjoyed so much we made sure we booked in advance there this year too.
spacious comfortable relaxing and very clean rooms.
very smart fashionable bar with a lovely pint and kitchen with affordable tasty food. breakfast can`t be faulted with a good layout and much needed full irish breakfast ideal for the morning after a night on the guiness.
Good central picturesque location next to the river shannon and only five minutes walk from the best bars in limerick.
Overall it can`t be faulted and for both occasions i really can`t think of anything negative to say about the sarsfield bridge hotel. If in limerick try it, you`ll love it!!!!
