Wonderful Resort & Hotel
Tony Bryan, Harrow
Just a note to say my wife and I stayed at this hotel on the all inclusive deal and I must say we had a wonderful holiday. The resort, beach, hotel and hotel staff were all fantastic. There was a great selection of food and drink and the hotal complex was very clean and well maintained.
The best thing about my stay was...Great hotel, resort, food, drink, beach and hotel staff.

good quality hotel
Excellent hotel with staff to match. Clean and well maintained, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food was good and well presented.
The best thing about my stay was...Helpful staff

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We stayed all inclusive, something we had never done before. The variety and standard of food was extremely good. The hotel was clean and tidy. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools, and the pool bars served all drinks and fast foods. In the evening we went to the terrace bar at Playa Imperial the service by the waiter there was second to none. The only down turn were the beds, they were so uncomfortable we could not sleep.
The best thing about my stay was...The relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at the Playa Dorada Hotel one of the three hotels in the sirenis group, This was the second time we have stayed in Ibiza but as we were going without the children for a 5 day stay we decided on somewhere a little quieter, we were not dissapointed as the location was beautiful . Although we were B & B we had a choice of nice bars and restuarants to eat in the evening, Flippers is nice and friendly and right on the front of the bay, also if you walk a bit further up a nice restuarant called The Terrace you can get a three course meal for €13.90, you must try the cocktails in the Pirates bar. The hotel was nice and clean and beds made and fresh towels every day, as breakfast goes we had enough to choose from and the snack bar on the upper terrace was nice at lunch, sorry cant comment on all inclusive but the bar at the bottom looked very busy, enough sunbeds and parasols however we did get up early to put the towels out as we wanted to have sunbed looking onto the sea, this was good as you could just walk down to the sea have a nice swim and go back upto the pool. For those who stay a bit longer the boat taxi comes to the jetty and you can go to ibiza old town, and a few other locations on the island.
The best thing about my stay was...Location

I stayed with my mum (74) and my 2 year old son this year (2012).The hotel is v.large but clean. The food was plentifull with a wide variety of fish, meats, salads ,veg and deserts. The pools were spacious and again ,clean. The staff were friendly and chatty, especially our room maid, and 1 of the ladies at the pool bar. The rrom was cramped, however but not too much of a problem as we didnt spend much time in it. The only 2 aspects of the hotel which i found to be a problemwas that .....a) ALL the beds around the pool had towels on by 6AM...which was ridiculous as it meant that we had to spend every day on the beach ,and as I have a back problem, and my mum has had a hip replacement we were unable to lie on towels on the sand so had to pay 12 euros a day for beach beds. Also the hotel has only 2 lifts (which have a mind of their own) and if you are on a high floor (6 in our case) it was a bit of a nightmare getting to and from the room. All in all however our stay was v.pleasurable andwe are booking to go back next year as my son met another boy whoses parents take him there every year.
The best thing about my stay was...Location and views.

Hard working staff
Mrs Victoria peel, Wigan
We returned two and a half weeks ago, the staff worked hard tirelessly, we were disappointed to find that the room was nt child safe as the bathroom was extremely small with a protruding marble sink surround which only left a foot of moving space between that and the bath and four inches moving space between the surround and the bidet. This actually caused my 3year old daughter to knock her back and then wen attempting to move again knocks the top of her ear and head on the surround, it took up that much space that you could only shut the door holding the door Handel as you would trap your fingers! another time my little girl ran in the bedroom and slipped knocking her head and went grey in complexion as a result! It would have been safer if the tiles had been none slip! We went all inclusive and ate at the pool bar most days at lunch time the staff worked hard all day and didn't stop and were vey friendly and helpfull. We found some of the food in the evening dry and seemed over cooked, all though we were pleasantly surprised to find the food in the restaurant during lunch time very nicely done and the cakes and deserts were lovely, but we found the sme food being surved up in the evening, the eggs at breakfast were under cooked and the yolks runney and watery which is un safe especially to any one pregnant as this is a high risk of listeria and salmonella! I was horrified to find a man walking around the restaurant filming other guests and their children whilest eating and the hotel manager uninterested in doing anything about it, not only is this rude to film people eating, but wired to say the list that he was filming people's children eating which even now I question his motives! The restaurant as the week progressed became over crowded to say the least' were people were waiting for tables to be cleared and that people were arguing over tables! I also found the pool area at night unsafe as my little girl and a friend she made ran away from us along the pool area and my little girl faild to see the step going down to the first level of steps at the cliff, she missed the step and went flying along the pavement just missing the cliff! This I put down to the step being badly lit! The thing that shocked and disscusted me most of all was the parrot show that's the children's entertainment all fine till the man doing the show and pretended to stab a parrot with a plastic sword, this was just inappropriate to display to 3 year olds, fair enough it's tradition to do it to bulls I respect that and have the knowledge and choice to deside if I want my child to see that, but I felt that unsuitable for a child of 3 as they copy everything they see and wasn't previously given the knowlage about the content of the act so was un able to make an informed decision weather or not I'd find it suitable for her to see or not! Like I said before the staff were hard working and friendly!
The best thing about my stay was...The staff work hard at the sirenis

cheap and cheerful
tony walsh, huyton
room was just about adequate size for two adults and 12 year old child and regularly cleaned to a high standard. sea view was appreciated but not essential. all staff were extremely friendly and helpful - always smiling. entertainment was good during day but not so good in the evening - at least it was only a short stroll to the neighbouring clubs and bars if you felt like a change from staying in the hotel. restaurants were clean with plenty of choice. it was nice to be so close to beach and central to all shops and bars. nice holiday for families but too quiet for young singles.Would recommend all inclusive at last years prices, however seems to have increased this year , may return
The best thing about my stay was...THE FIREWORK DISPLAY!
