First of all I would like to say thank you to all the staff working in this hotel for doing brilliant job and making out stay so comfortable. Guys working at the front office, especially Turkish guy who's wife name is Aleksandra ( sorry I do not remember his name very well) was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us on many occasions with directions, local attractions, interesting places to see etc. We were impressed with his customer service skills, well done! In general hotel itself was very nice, tidy and very well kept. Food was amazing, very tasty with lots of choice for everyone and cakes were awesome! Beach nice with lots of water sports and nearby Side-Ancient Greek City was a beautiful attraction just on a door step. I would certainly recommend this hotel for families with young children who are looking for quiet and relaxing break on the Turkish Riviera.

Nice, clean hotel

The hotel itself was lovely - clean, tidy and well-run - and the staff work hard to keep up the 5* standards. The food was excellent. Plenty of variety throughout the week and something for everyone making the all inclusive package well worth the money. The table service at mealtimes was fantastic too - staff were always very efficient and polite. We stayed in a family room, which comprised two separate bedrooms (one twin, one double) a bathroom and a balcony. Rooms were perfectly adequate in terms of space and comfort and were cleaned daily. The facilities at the hotel were good, although at Easter time the season had not yet really begun in earnest so there were several facilities not yet open - including the slide pool, beach bar and the alternative restaurants on site. (Preparations for these to open soon were being made whilst we were there.) The games room was fun for children, although small, and the disco room provided somewhere for the smaller ones to let off steam. The spa treatments on offer were great (if a little expensive). The sauna and indoor pool were free, however, and provided a welcome bit of relaxation when the weather was not at its best. The only thing lacking in this resort was the entertainment. Although there was usually some activity scheduled in the evenings, they were short-lived, not well attended due to lack of advertising and were held away from the main buildings in a separate function room. Consequently, this left very little to do in the evenings - especially as we had a twelve-year old to keep amused. Free wi-fi was available in the lobby bar but it was often crowded in the evenings and seats were limited. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit of a let-down. Extensive building work is being carried out on two sides of the resort and there is little across the road other than a string of run-down shops stretching along the coast road. Nearby Side is lovely, however, and there are several places within easy driving distance which are well worth a visit. The beach is lovely and there are a range of watersports available pretty much on the doorstep.

we stayed in this hotel & was really pleased with the whole experience. the family room was excellent like a mini appartment so that got us off to great start. the food and variety was excellent the staff great the animation team were not great so entertain yourself. the spa was amazing i certainly would promote the massage. the water sports are extra but are worth a try. the bowling alley is a bonus charged extra but good fun. the sldes are open for limited periods twice a day and ice for an hour a day but apart from that its really nice. the waffle man doesnt advertise a charge but make sure you have money with you Euros are preferred. overall an excellent experience

Hotel very clean, beautiful beach, lots of water sports. Food excellent. Drinks very poor, mixers are warm, no cocktails, beer very weak tasting. Been to three others in the past this hotel is third. Staff very helpful, nice clean rooms. Had a good holiday and would go again.

Only German speaking/bad drinks/nice beach
Vittorio, Italy and Russia
AT the reception only few people speak languages...and the few of them speak Germna (no russian or english). not normal for a 5 stars hotel (I would say more a 4 stars) Food is ok, standard buffet and once a fish restaurant is included. Drinks are not special...lot of water in Coca cola and beer. Beach is super. Water is nice but close to a river...clean? do not know. Car rental at the hotel is unpolite and expensive....out of the hotel you can save 50%.... Room are super, new and with balcony. Overall a nice holidays.
