Fantastic hotel and breakfast
Started a bit bad as the shuttle bus took an hour to pick us up from the airport despite being advertised as 20 mins. Then booking was under a different name and caused confusion to add to our waiting time to check in - this was cleared up and we were given a free drink token for the bar. Breakfast was fantastic and the range was excellent you won't go hungry. Room was so clean and changed every day - shower is fantastic too.
The best thing about my stay was...Breakfast and comfort of bed

When arrived at hotel had to pay an extra 150 euros for room deposit which we was not told about. They also told us that the room we booked did not exist as we booked a room with 2 double beds and ended up with a room with two single beds and a added camp bed which they tried to make us pay for.
The best thing about my stay was...The view from the room

We loved it!
Great stay at Ramada Apollo, would definitely stay with this chain again! Really lovely rooms and the roof top terrace was amazing! Staff really helpful and it was a perfect location to get in and out of Amsterdam centre. What we were not aware of, was the 150 euro deposit you have to pay on arrival and then they take the city tax off when they refund it back to you on departure, just be aware and have a card on you for this!! An overall lovely hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...The rooftop terrace!

An amazing room and hotel
The room was lovely and got what I asked for. The service was brilliant and they spoke excellent English so communicating was no problem. They had a shuttle from the airport to hotel and then vice versa. The breakfast and dinner has a variety of everything and were excellent times. Travelling to the centre of Amsterdam was easy but the tram stop just outside the hotel. Couldn't fault it.
The best thing about my stay was...Roof top restaurant and room

Excellent as always!

Having stayed at the hotel as recently as last December, my partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a return visit .We availed of the complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel,(something we learned about on our last visit). This arrived promptly and whisked us there without a hitch. We had been informed that our room might not be ready (we arrived early) so the hotel kindly stored our luggage while we took ourselves off to the city center for a few hours shopping and sightseeing. On our return, We had been upgraded to lovely city view room which was spectacular! We stayed two nights on this occasion, and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and service on the 17th floor. This is where the food and drinks are served. With easy access to the city from the nearby tram service, Visitors to Amsterdam would find it hard to beat the Ramada Apollo for Value and service.
The best thing about my stay was...The Best thing was the breakfast closely Followed by the Excellent Belgian beer we were recommended in the bar! bar

Booking a weekend break for my boyfriends birthday, I wanted to stay in a hotel which was a good price, decent location and nice facilities. After looking on Trip Adviser, I narrowed it down to the Ramada Apollo. Once we arrived I was immediately pleased with my booking. Roughly 25 minutes from the airport, we got there in no time at all. The staff were very polite and helpful, in particular we had a young girl called Chantal checking us in, and we got upgraded straight away. The room was very nice and modern but felt cosy, with a great view. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel, which takes you straight to the Dam Square in about 10-15 minutes. We bought the tram tickets at the hotel, which cost €12 each for 48 hours, with the ability to jump on and off wherever you like; very ideal. We got breakfast included with our deal and was pleased with the selection of food available. On our return we got the shuttle bus service supplied by the hotel to the airport which cost €5 each but is cheaper than getting a taxi; but make sure you book your spot. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back to the Ramada.
The best thing about my stay was...I told the desk the trip was for my boyfriends birthday and we got our room upgraded before we had even checked in.
