Nice hotel, friendly staff with plenty of entertainment during the day and at night. Massages available, excursions can be booked on site, shop on site, food what you expect from Spanish all inclusive, only critical point is the drinks are served in a tiny plastic cup from pool bar
The best thing about my stay was...Lay out

Fantastic Entertainment Team!!
Stayed here for 1 week 23-30 August. 4 adults and two 12 year olds and a 9 year old. The Junior Suite was a great size. Perfect for 3/4 with decent sized balcony. We were on third floor overlooking the pool - 301/305. Great view of the sea too. We did move rooms as original from was right the other end of the corridor and too far from the lifts for my mother in law to walk to. Room changed no problem. Glad we asked. The pool is lovely. Great for kids but maybe not for teens. Too shallow. Food was okay. Very samey but then a lot of all inclusive are. Salads and pastas were very nice though. Didn't like the dining area. Needs changing. Way too bright inside with all lights on. Outside nicer but tables plastic and all sloped! Time to upgrade this area really. Bar good but some staff a bit grumpy and finished at 11pm. Bit stingy for AI I thought especially as shows finish at 10.45sh. The best thing was the Animacion team!! Absolutely brilliant with the kids and adults. Very bubbly and outgoing and enjoy a laugh. Shows good fun if you take it for what it is and just join in to have a laugh.
The best thing about my stay was...Entertainment and pool

After being moved three times within the first 24 hours of arriving & all the lifts not working still managed to have a great time although the food wasn't too great so ended up going out for food most of the time.
The best thing about my stay was...The apartments & balconys was massive which included your own sun loungers & table & chairs.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and I have to say it's a wonderful hotel. The staff are brilliant and will go to any extreme to ensure you have a good stay in tenerife. The rooms are clean (junior suites are beautiful and I would highly recommend them.) The hotel is situated in a quieter resort compared to playa de Las Americas, how ever there are lovely bars at the beach front which is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel for any one with children or couples. It's a good hotel and priced very wellm
The best thing about my stay was...the entertainment for my 7 year old is brilliant.

So good we have booked to go back next year
We loved this hotel. Junior suite was amazing however wouldn't book an apartment as separate part of the complex. Staff friendly, food good, rooms clean, entertainment good and something for everyone, busy but not horrendously busy for August like some hotel can be - could always get a table in restaurant or entertainment. Returning next year as ticked all the boxes.
The best thing about my stay was...All round great family holiday.

Well all I can say is I wouldn't book there again as we were let down very badly! 14 of us were in the party for my Mums special birthday, 4 families. After being dropped off by transfers two sets of families where told that there was no room in the hotel for us and we were being moved! At 10.00pm at night with children, my mum was deeply upset asthe rest of us! So the damfamilies were split up for the evening, hotel where not helpful and said they had informed our holiday providers...this was untrue! We where whisked off to another hotel to be informed this was for one night only and we had to check out at 12 noon next day to be moved to another hotel, still not with my mother or my other sister. We booked in feb so how in aug they had no room for us! Totally disgusted
The best thing about my stay was...nothing

BEWARE OF BEING OVERBOOKED!
Levis, United Kingdom, Birmingham
How disappointed we were. Having booked in August, we arrived in February to be told we had been doubled booked and they were upgrading us to 5* hotel in a different resort - Golf der Sur. We have family in Adeje so imagine the disappointment of the prospect of having to drive approximately 40-minutes BACK from where we'd come from (the airport). We refused and after arguing with management and speaking to Alpha Room's rep in Tenerife we were moved to another local hotel for three nights. A whole day of our holiday wasted and then the prospect of being moved BACK to the Playa Real! I HATE LIVING OUT OF A SUITCASE. There was no other alternative but to haul our cases down the hill to another hotel. It was okay. Then re-packing on day 4 and off back to the Playa Real and upgraded Platinum All inclusive. WOW. No benefit at all. However having been to a Rep at the Isla Bonita we were informed that we should not have been moved because we were not highlighted on the OVER-BOOKING LIST. Apparently the Government allow 20% of overbooking. This is sharp practice and can ruin a holiday which we Brits save up for and look forward to sooo much. So for the last few days left of our holiday we were settled in the Playa Real. The apartment was separate from the hotel and we had a huge balcony which was the highlight of a poor holiday really. At least we did get to spend some time with the grandchildren. The staff were apologetic and sympathetic but that doesn't always help. It was clean and tidy and staff were helpful. BUT be warned - this over-booking COULD happen to you!
The best thing about my stay was...The apartment with a huge balcony and lots of on-street parking if you hire a car.
