Good pool area, great location
Great pool area for kids, plenty of sunbeds, rooms are dated but clean, cleaned everyday and towels changed. 10 minute walk to old town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. 2 minutes walk to a large supermarket.

Great pool for the kids , the deep end had a three level diving platform great fun also a green area where the kids can have a kick around with the football . Plenty of space for sunbeds. The entertainment staff worked hard with waterpolo and aquadancing. Room cleaned daily and towels changed Daily.

Not what it says it is.
This is a far cry from a four star hotel. Very basic rooms, outdated decor throughout. The photos do not show what it is like. Reception furniture dirty and uncomfortable. Air conditioning very noisy from some rooms. Not quiet at night while we were there. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided daily. Pool is lovely but sun beds were very basic.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 years in a row and i have to say everybody loved it. We had a large group of 19 people (Mixture of adults and kids) and the hotel could not do enough for us. The rooms are nice and big with towels changed each morning. The swimming pool was great, nice and shallow for the smaller kids and a great deep pool with diving board for the older kids. There are some great bars and restaurants accross the road from the hotel if you didn't want to walk the short 10 minutes to the main strip in the old town.

Good hotel in central location
Nice hotel in central location. Rooms are a bit dated but very spacious and maids came every day. Good size pool, plenty of sunbeds. Music a bit noisy at times. This is our 2nd year here and there are now more activities for the kids, for a charge. Would definitely go back to this hotel again.
The best thing about my stay was...Good size room with kitchen facilities and great size pool.

Definitely not 4* hotel
Just back from 10 days hotel, hotel was lovely and clean, very well kept however is in serious need of updating. Pool area is lovely, however very busy in July and no life guards on duty, even if staff members kept an eye on the pool area. You have to rent beds for 2e which is not told before hand, however I heard this is happening in lots of hotels in Portugal. Food was disgusting here, we booked for B&B thinking it would be good for the kids but was a very bad choice! A lot of stuff in this hotel very rude, especially the men who work on the evening bar, walk past ladies so many times and it’s beyond ridiculously expensive! 7e for cider and 5e for 2 small plastic cups of orange that wasn’t even Fanta, disgusting charging these prices. Evening entertainment is bad! Mini disco is on for 25 mins, then they do different things like bingo and staff so a show which is actually good laugh. And they do do aqua dance during the day which is actually really good. Hotel is good location, about 10 mins walk to the old town and new town which is nice to be away from the madness. Definitely visit Portugal again but not this over priced hotel.
