This hotel is very very poor all the pics on display are of the more expensive rooms so dont be decieved 95% of the staff are very ignorant and dont seem to want to help ....the standard rooms are so small that wi the 2 single beds you get cause they dont do double beds in standard rooms if you need a cot you have no room to put your suitcases ....they dont provide safes as standard unless your in the more expensive rooms ..... the breakfast is disgusting but because of the location you have no where else to go for 20 min on a bus.....the k lounge where you can have dinner food is good but you mighy not get your full order at once ....service very poor from the kitchen some of the staff very nice others very arogent and unwilling to listen ..the windows in the hotel leak at any kind of rain.....the swimming pool is disgustingly salty like to a point of almost unbearable ......wouldnt recommend this hotel nor location to stay ....the rooms are also mostly freezing due to balcany doors letting breeze in

My stay at Paradise Bay
Graham , United Kingdom
I stayed for 3 nights in January 2018. Most importantly the room was quiet and there was no noise disturbance to keep me awake. I had a sea view room with the ferry road outside but car noise was only minimal.
The best thing about my stay was...The cost was only £15 per night for bed and breakfast. Excellent value! Also, just a short walk to the Gozo ferry terminal.

It was O.K.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and big, there was balcony and comfortable bedding. HOTEL WAS UNDERCONTRACTION. DURING OUR STAY, ONE NIGHT WAS RAINY, STORMY AND IT STARTED TO LEAK FROM CEILING WHICH WOKE US UP AT 4:30 A.M. BEDS WERE TOO NOISY. THE DOORS WERE NOISY, THE BATHROOM WINDOW WAS A BIT BROKEN AND SHOWER TAP WAS LEAKING.
The best thing about my stay was...Breakfast.

Nice hotel, a bit outdated and far away from everything but quiet. All Rooms have sea view. The food was ok. Rooms cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was doing it's best to be helpful, but at the restaurant the staff was much more ignorant and seemed to be very busy. Usually lots of people at the restaurant. The hotel is very close to the Gozo ferry and the trip there is to be recommended. Even close to the public buses going to Valletta, Mdina etc
The best thing about my stay was...Sea view from the room

Paradise Bay is a fabulous 4 star hotel in Malta. The staff are incredibly efficient, friendly helpful and accomodating. Room service was excellent, ie fabulous clean room every day. The resteraunt provides a vast range of excellent fresh food. I was on a yoga retreat and they provided delicious vegetarain meals for our group. There is a regular bus service outside the door to anywhere on the island and the port where you can catch the ferry to Gozo for a fabulous day out. For a short walk you have a range of hotels to go to for a meal by the sea.
The best thing about my stay was...There was no end of help and advice to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible.

"4 star" disaster
one word - DISASTER !!! it's not 4 star, it's not even 3 star. old-fashion 80's style, hair dryer from 80's (no exaggeration). rooms very cold (in January) and most other areas of the hotel. No heating, only air condition which did not work properly in our room for the first few days of our stay. Pool really good, the only advantage of this hotel. Sauna - disaster and charge 6euro for 18 minutes. Gym - no words to describe how poor and bad it is, might as well say non-existent, even ÿoga matts need replacement. the bike.... need a new one too. We went for half-board, breakfasts are so bad..... so poor and tasteless.... dinners quite good, nice selection but would rate them 2,5 - 3 star. supermarket downstairs too dear and poor choice, very messy play room - hmmm... not great, need some replacements cleanness - just ok overall - DO NOT RECOMMEND, avoid at all cost
The best thing about my stay was...swimming pool, dinners

Scenic and relaxing
Cassie, United Kingdom
Room was big and decorated in a traditional Mediterranean decor. Shower was nice and hot which was a bonus for me. Room was cleaned daily and sheets changed daily. Our room overlooked the bay with an unobstructed view! Absolutely stunning!! Food was alright, but because it was not their peak season not everything was opened and the hours they were opened were fairly early. Staff was extremely nice, accommodating and polite. Own beach and 4 or 5 pools with plenty of sun tanning locations with optimal sun exposure. Sauna and gym on site. Right beside Gozo ferry for further adventures. Bus stop located directly in front of hotel for easy access to rest of Malta. The only bad thing about the hotel is that the wifi sucks! You need to pay for wifi and it only works on one or two devices and it's so slow! Plus there's only like 4 English speaking channels and no pay per view available in room. Over all though an amazing week! Highly recommend this hotel!!!
The best thing about my stay was...The view

A lovely hotel, good location. The rooms are small and old. I loved the food and you can order lunch bags if you don`t want to eat lunch in hotel. All inclusive hotel but you can not drink what ever you want (cocktails are not included). Its a little bit silly that you have to sign every single time when you order drinks. Lovely big swimming pools and a nice place where you can go for a swim in the sea. At the last day the swimming pool area was very dirty, a lot of cups on the chairs and food, even in the pool and nobody cared to clean that up. But all other days pool area was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. :)
The best thing about my stay was...Close to the ship, nice view from room, big swimming pool, clean rooms
