Not too bad

A slight hiccup to start as they didn't seem to have a record of my booking even though it was made in May 2015, and I had to accept a single room for one night when I had actually booked a double. As I was half-board I will say that the meals were acceptable if a little boring. The staff, however, were excellent-pleasant and cheerful undere trying circumstances.

The best thing about my stay was...

The guests in general and the hotel's stunning outlook-so much more could be made of this establishment

could do better

terrible greeting on arrival, half menu not available for all inclusive, rooms untidy need repairs, lift broke during holiday resulting in one person being hospitalised due to falling on the stairs

The best thing about my stay was...

air con in room

Nice, friendly little place

Had a very cheap half-board night at the Panorama. Great scenery from the sunny poolside terrace; friendly and helpful staff and clean and pleasant dining experience. Thank you.

Great hotel

Just back from a seven night all inclusive stay with my partner.Lovely hotel with fantastic views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really good location for a relaxing break but with excellent public transport links to the rest of the island. Couldn't recommend it highly enough as long as guest are realistic as to what to expect from a 3 star hotel.

The best thing about my stay was...

the views and the staff.

Although pre-booked the Hotel didnt have space for us so got put in an apartment streets away !!

We have had many a good stay at this hotel in the past but this time very dissapointed to be put in an apartment streets away and was told to walk to them for breakfast & use the facilities that way. not being on site meant no wi-fi, no sea view which was the main reason i booked this hotel, we had no hot water and was told we could use their communal showers which isnt great when your not even staying at the hotel. we were meant to have 2 rooms bu7t the flat given us only had 1 set of keys for the 2 familys so we had to always be around for each other to get access into the building. overall very disapointed not to get the accomodation we booked.

The best thing about my stay was...

On this occasion nothing as wasnt put in the hotel i booked

O.K. for the money.

Excellent position overlooking Mellieha Bay. Hotel average - food not so good except on a Tuesday when a chef comes in. Lots of stray cats which drink from the swimming pool (not so good). Staff pleasant enough.
