As per other reviews, the accommodation is in need of a refurbishment; however, the apartments are spacious and comfortable, particularly the beds. We could not fault the running of the hotel; every single member of staff was happy and helpful and the food was excellent. This, added to fantastic weather and an enthusiastic entertainments team, made for a lovely holiday. There is very little in the resort though.
The best thing about my stay was...Great weather and the friendly service.

Palia don Pedro Hotel, Costa Del Silencii- Turkey

The hotel itself is a little tired looking and dated. However it is spotless, the staff are very friendly and it was a pleasure to stay there. We were all inclusive and the food was outstanding-choice and flavour. I would definitely book this hotel again, the 7 rating is purely because of its appearance as first impressions are very important.
The best thing about my stay was...The friendliness of the staff and the willingness to please, nothing too much trouble. Great location too, close to lots of places of interest.

A little more than you pay for.......
Chris and Nic, England
First, remember the Palia is a THREE star hotel and you have paid accordingly....then take to a sunbed and have as marvellous holiday as we have just enjoyed! The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and take some pride in taking an extra moment to ensure you are having a good time. The food is pretty good, lots of choice, plenty of it and without doubt better than the average '3 star all inc.' ....then there is the 'Animacion team' who are tireless, good humoured and great fun. Try and join in with the activities a little bit as it's a great icebreaker and helps you get to know people from all over Europe and even Manchester :-)!
The best thing about my stay was...The staff.....

My partner and I stayed here10th-18th December 16. We had read many reviews on the place so we're a little nervous! In the end we found it was a good place to stay. At the time it was quiet which I think helped. We decided to use the place as a base. We took breakfast, perhaps lunch and of around had some drinks. Most evenings we went out, there are good restaurants

Good place to stay for the price
Joanne _ Leeds , United Kingdom
Stayed here for a week on 3rd December. Large airy apartment. Basic kitchen but didn't use with being all inclusive Could not fault the food. Omlettes pancakes and fried eggs cooked in front of you on a morning . Loads of salad. Meat was good too. Lunch was better than tea. Staff nice and polite but run off their feet. Could do with more staff to clear tables. Coffee machine on a morning has mind of its own. All coffees like expresso. Put milk in first then press stop the a bit of cafe au lait then press stop. Its still strong but drinkable! Reps work hard. Not enough space in entertainment area for night. People sat on loungers. Residents have dogs which were locked out on balcony sometimes barking. Sometimes at 5 in morning. For price we paid can't really complain!! Use a small towel for bottom of the bath as hubby slipped and ended up getting treatment and stitches in his head as doctor at silencio was shut. Bus 1 euro 50 to Los Christianos. We went for 3 days and nights for a change from all inc. Very cheap food and drink with a gorgeous beach. Silencio is a very quiet resort.

Not the best
Hotel showing its age, staff were nice and friendly but the room we stayed in was well out of date, no brewing facilities had to use large pan to make coffee and tea, Costa del silencing itself is run down, would never go here again, not much going for it, understand why hotel is all inclusive, food plentiful but nothing sparkling, as to snacks well not really existent unless you ask, basically a place to sunbath and drink and that's about it
The best thing about my stay was...Parking, no issues about finding a parking space
