The best thing about my stay was...Pools and kids clubs

We stayed here with friends self catering so can only comment on he facilities we used. On arrival our room was not quiet ready so we had a very small beer each x 4 which cost €6. So didn't go back to the pool bar. The rooms were adequate and always clean. The staff we spoke to always happy and friendly. We did have very noisy neighbours during our stay which I had to call reception to ask them to help. Which they did the music stopped unfortunately they were not able to quieten the group totally but by the early house they did go to sleep. I wouldn't stay here again as we didn't use the facility's and prefer a quieter holiday but I would in again if you are using the AI with a family then it would be perfect.
The best thing about my stay was...Being away with friends

A good 3* hotel
Hasan, London, UK
Food was very good in both quality and choice. Good service on all inclusive drinks through to 11pm. Spacious rooms with regular maid service. Large pool area split into 2 with numerous sunbeds. Not far form resort centre and beach. Entertainment was not great for me but would probably suit many people, especially families.
The best thing about my stay was...The food

Good, but few things could make better
Sue, United Kingdom
The Oasis Village has a spacious Reception area, with direct access to via rear doors to the upper floor in block attached to it. The rear of apartment complex is sunk, which keeps it & pool out of worst of winds. The ground or should I say lower ground, is accessible via stairs or lift. I found whole complex was very clean & tidy. The staff are all very friendly. The only down side in Reception is (from people I was with) no help emailing boarding pass & 4Euros to print it off! Tip go to What’s Up in town – 1Euro there & all the help you need in English! Free morning Wi-Fi .– Friends of mine staying previous years found it good, but this year I was struggled to get my emails. I kept on getting ‘timed out’. I believe it’s too slow, as strength was good. My twin room was spacious, with kettle (you had to provide your own tea, coffee, milk & water), cups & hairdryer. Mini fridge was terrible at keeping anything cold, I would have done better with a fan. I was worried about getting food poisoning from it & I wasn’t the only guest who felt like this. Rooms cleaned/bed made almost daily. Apartment has the smallest airer to dry your clothes I have ever come across, all rooms had same size & no way it took a full load(no pegs either). Meals/snacks- Breakfast 8.30-10am, pool bar 10am-6pm, pool snacks 10.30-11.30 & 3-5pm, Lunch 1-3pm, Dinner 6.30-9pm. No hot drinks served with Lunch or Dinner, but available from bars. Limited to 4 types of alcoholic cocktails in evening . Main bar 6-11pm.Breakfast & evening meals were great on the whole, not always to my taste & last evening 3 hot dishes were cold! Lunch & pool snacks were not so good. But packed lunch was terrible – no variety – 2 pieces of bread, 1 with cheese, one with ham, tiny pack biscuits, apple & water(yuck!) I used water for kettle & binned sandwiches, tried twice & ended up making my own. Not enough if you’re out ALL day & though I had coolbag, no way of freezing your ice packs. Next time I go back to self catering again, where they do have proper fridges. Entertainment- Sunny Animation for kids, nothing really for adults, 30mins at most. TV in room – In English – news channels, kids channel, True crimes & Films4men(old Westerns mainly). Its the small things that can make a holiday great or put dampener on it
The best thing about my stay was...Quiet room. Didnt hear anything at night so peacefull sleep

Reasonable complex - shocking room
field family, United Kingdom
Good - pools and staff Poor - room was very, very basic. Self catering ??? 2 rings on cooker and a toaster - no oven or microwave. Bad - other guests smoking - everywhere. No consideration if they were next to children / other guests. In this day and age, there should be designated areas for smokers. Would return to corralejo (as the beach at Grandes Playas just outside the resort is stunning). Would NOT return to Oasis Village.
The best thing about my stay was...Weather and pool.

My room door wouldn't lock and they didn't bother fixing it. All inclusive is restricted. 2 drinks per person at a time and ends at 11pm then you have to pay! Wifi is €20 for a week. Maid service is rubbish. Pools are nice and kids seem to enjoy the place. No lift to upper floor rooms. Food was ok, not a massive choice and snack bar wasn't always available. Staff were friendly enough and it wasn't too busy. Seemed a safe environment. All the rooms were a good size, sleep 3-4 people Overall though I Wouldn't stay again if I am honest 😫
The best thing about my stay was...Room size

Good place for kids
Malgorzata, Cork, Ireland, Ireland
Good value for all inclusive. Staff always friendly and always with a smile despite huge volume of work and people. Most food was good and the selection was great. Safe environment for kids to have freedom to wander around the place. Good location. Fully recommend as a family destination.
The best thing about my stay was...Swimming pools and tubs of ice cream

Poor all inclusive
Babington, West Midlands
Our room had a musky smell but thought it was just the heat until we got home and all our clothes that had been in the wardrobe smelt of the room but we didn't complain as we had 3 rooms together and didn't fancy being moved as the other two rooms were ok.also we arrived at 9.30 pm on Wednesday and when we checked out at 12 noon the following Wednesday as instructed the armbands were cut off and we were told we had to pay for food and drinks although we had 4 hours till leaving and had not had 7 full days all inclusive and I have never known this at any other hotel I've stayed.
The best thing about my stay was...Weather is really hot
