Fantastic stay, beautiful with a cool vibe!
Holly , London
ME was incredible for the whole duration of our stay, great customer service, champagne on arrival, helpful with baggage and took us through all the available facilities (you must try the yoga). Great breakfast and music around the pool, food delicious (especially the oysters). Worth taking opportunity to try the rooftop spa and restaurant as such exquisite views! If you wanted to venture out its very easy to get a taxi into town from the hotel! I would defiantly stay here again! Id like to say a special thanks to Fabio, Jose, Carlos & Isidro for being so helpful during our stay and making us feel so welcome!
The best thing about my stay was...The atmosphere was just perfect!

Arrived and hotel not finished!!
Be careful. Do not book. I travelled to Ibiza specifically for this hotel, when we arrived 11th June 2014 they have not finished building it. The customer service is terrible, we were told they had tried to contact us by email to warn us, we found they had sent a short email the night before our reservation. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area, stay away from ME.

Another enjoyable stay
Having stayed at this hotel 2 years ago I was keen to return. As before the hotel and bedrooms were spotless and service was excellent. However upon arrival this time I was disappointed to see a 'building site' in front of the hotel where there used to be a children's pool and play area. A new restaurant and pool are under construction and building work commenced around 7am and continued until late evening although a break seemed to take place during the afternoon for 'siesta'. Evening entertainment took place around the pool but sometimes this could be quite loud and could go on until the early hours of the morning. We had an early pick up from the hotel to get back to the airport and the night before we were unable to get to sleep until after 1am when the loud music stopped. We telephoned down to reception and they did apologise. However I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again but recommend anyone who does want to stay there to bear in mind that if you don't have a hire car you need to use taxis all the time and they can be quite expensive. The hotel is not on a bus route and is a long way from the main road. There is a 'mini market' just 5 minutes from the hotel where you can buy just about anything.
The best thing about my stay was...Good service, very clean hotel, pleasant staff.

After spending a week at this hotel I would say it is in a very pleasant location, quiet, but within easy reach of beaches. The rooms are well furnished and all of the hotel is exceptionally clean, inside and out. The variety of evening entertainment was quite good. The staff are most friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the dining room, this is definitely not 4*. the food was very sparse and not much choice; the salad section was abysmal, no choice of cold meats, fish or cheese, some nights there was only a choice of 3 types of sausage cut into thin slices, very little selection, plenty of fresh fruit and only small choice of desserts. You would expect roast potatoes and carrots to be on the evening meal instead of breakfast. To take a meal in the dining room was another experience as the chairs were being scraped on the floor constantly as clients kept moving them to select their food, I don't know how staff coped with this screeching going on every mealtime. There were no tablecloths on tables for breakfast which was a let down as the tables were full of burn marks and stains, which you did not see at evening meal as they then put on tablecloths. The dining room only comes up to 3* standard. The beach of Cala Pada is only a 10 minute stroll and very pleasant, though in July and August it will be extremely busy as this is very popular with families.
The best thing about my stay was...very pleasant location and good weather.

A nice hotel
Lee Sanderson, Accrington
This is generally a nice hotel. The reception lounge is lovely as are the bedrooms and dinning room. The pool area is nothing special however the views are spectacular accross the bay. The staff are lovely and are so pleasant and sociable and full of local knowledge. The food is quite good and always somemthing to eat. The cleaners are fantastic and whole place is spotless. My only gripe is the tv and internet. I remember visiting Spain throughout the 70's and 80's and not getting any english tv channels with poor reception. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I was ill for two nights and just wanted to stay in my room, watch a movie and have a coffee. Not in this hotel. There is one english channel which is a news channel with poor reception. There are no tea/coffee making facilities which is the first time i have encountered this in a 4 star hotel?. Internet costs 4 euros per hour in reception however walk 200 yards along the beach and it is free in the local bars? Very poor for this standard of hotel. Otherwise a pleasant stay but wont be returning.
The best thing about my stay was...The whole area of Eulalia - lovely

GREAT FAMILY HOTEL
James Doyle, ibiza
I found this hotel met all my needs, peacfull loction right on a beautiful beach. Service was excellent and food good. The nightly entertainment though was not good on most nights. The rooms were had everything you needed and were very clean. This hotel catered very well for children, with its kids clud and nightly disco. I will be comming back to this hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...location and food

Highly recommended, could not fault anything.
Julie , Middlesbrough
I could not find fault with anything at this hotel. The service was excellent and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious & cleaned to a high standard everyday. There was no problem using the lifts although the hotel is only 3 floors high and stairs were easy to use. Breakfast was an excellent 'eat as much as you like' buffet with a wide and varied selection of hot and cold food. The location was excellent although not on a bus route so you really do need your own transport if staying here. There were 2 lovely swimming pools and access straight onto the beach. The areas around the pools were spacious and very well maintained. The hotel is also ideal for people with mobility problems as everything is on a level (no steps). It was a very relaxing place to stay and I would highly recommend. It definitely lives up to its 4 stars. I am already planning a return visit !
The best thing about my stay was...'Everything' !

This was our third visit in six years and apart from the entertainemnt being moved outside due to the smoking bans, nothing has changed. The staff are really friendly especially if you try and be friendly to them in the first place. The rooms are very clean and the food though buffet style catered for the many different palates that would eat there. As well as buffet food there was a chef on hand cooking fresh meat and fish usually offering two differing choices each day. Unless you pay very exclusive prices for the more luxury places you will always get someone not totally happy. However this hotel and the area where it is situated ticks all the boxes for me to let me feel that I'm in heaven. Infact Cesar of the Cesars establishment just along on the beach (Beach hut with boats, jet skis, bar etc) welcomed us back saying " Welcome back to Heaven my Friends" . Can't wait to go back again. This hotel would not suit singles looking for a livley holiday but singles travelling alone wanting peace and quiet would feel very comfortable.
The best thing about my stay was...I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel, the staff or the area. On our last day we don't want to leave.
