Very Disappointing

Just recently returned from Mango Bay after a 9 nite Holiday with my Daughter, we had to fly home I day early due to my Grandaughters illness.. Spoke to the manager who told me he would look into a rebate, then told me to claim through my insurance, which I found to be really unhelpful. The stay at Mango was very mediocre . Myself and my husband always stay at Crystal cove in Barbados which is Head and shoulders above Mango but I gave it a go because my daughter always stays there. I personally would not recommend Mango Bay !! Found it Boreing and the entertainment was really bad. Defienatly not for me or my husband and my daughter who always stayed there said she will not be returning , due to new management.

The best thing about my stay was...

Great Find

This is a very well run hotel, if you like the idea of sitting at the beach or by the pool reading a book along with great service and very well maintained rooms this is the place for you, did I mention that it's an all inclusive hotel and where in some places that means a poor quality of food and choice in this place the statement would not apply. The food was excellent with a huge choice. The location of the hotel is pretty good to. There is a very good shopping complex along with numerous ATM's within a 5 minute walking distance which if you were sitting at the pool or beach would not not be aware of at all. In addition there are some great bars and restaurants just outside the front door. Overall this place represents great value for money. I met people there who had stayed at numerous resorts/hotels on the island and could not see past the Mango Bay, so much so some of them were on their 15th visit!............I am writing this review and I had a disaster of a start (overbooked!) left in limbo etc etc, to be fair it was not the hotels fault, it was all sorted (temp went to another hotel 4 starts nearby..............not a patch on mango bay), great choice for a hotel.
