We found ourselves in this hotel for 1 night only after my daughter was involved in an accident on holiday and staying in Palma hospital. The guy on the check in desk at 11pm was fab, very accommodating and to be honest, he couldn't have been more helpful!! (Check in 03/07) he arranged for us to access internet as we had wifi problems and printed off our boarding passes etc! Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy Palma or this lovely hotel but the service we did receive was excellent and the hotel has an excellent location, so much so that my hubby and I are now planning a city break later in year and plan to stay in this hotel in The very beautiful Palma.
The best thing about my stay was...Can't fault this hotel one bit, just wish we were there under different circumstances.

Mixed staff, good location
We caught the bus from the airport for €2 each and walked the short distance to the hotel, much cheaper than a taxi. Upon arrival we asked for a room overlooking the courtyard but was told they were fully booked. We were therefore given a room with "00" at the start. This means basement so forget a view and expect dark and dingy - Not helped by missing light fittings! They only provided one glass and the one toiletries provided was some shower gel but this was empty. When I complained he produced a map and told me where I could go buy some!! The location is very good for transport (train to Soller is a must and only a few minutes away) and also the old town. Apart from the initial check in guy the rest of the staff were friendly and hospitible. Breakfast was ok but it certainly wasn't advertised that you could get eggs cooked to order.

Nice location, although hotel staff could do something about the dark and dirty alley leading to the entrance.Hotel staff of variable quality, from very helpful(female) to totally ignoring(male).Though for very high prices you should expect a simple "hello". Hotel not spotlessly clean, dirty walls and broken glassdoors. Beware! The rooms with the nicer view into the court are awfully loud till late in the night with open windows in summer. You cannot sleep and nobody will care.

Convenient, clean and modern city centre hotel
Martin and Mo, Huddersfield, United Kingdom
The hotel is modern, clean and very handy for all the main sights in Palma. It's very close to the shopping areas, the Place d'Espania, Placa Mayor, buses and trains. The bus to and from the airport cost 1.85 Euros and stops just up the road at the Place d'Espania so there's no need for pricey taxis or transfers unless you're arriving at dead of night. If you DO travel other than by bus, make sure they take you right to the hotel and not drop you several confusing streets away, as happened to us. It IS possible to drive to the hotel in your own car but it's in a confusing maze of one-way streets and pedestrian areas. We managed it only with a recce on foot first. If you want to fill the bathroom sink with water you'll need to take your own plug or use some Heath Robinson method like I used to be able to wet shave. The Reception staff are very helpful but couldn't find a plug in any of the rooms of the hotel or another in the group. Guess a lot of precious water gets wasted that way... Beware of the bar prices. I'm still recovering from paying NINE Euros for a gin and tonic. Breakfast is adequate but not a highlight of your stay. You CAN get cooked food such as fried or scrambled eggs if you ask but if our experience is anything to go by, you won't be offered them. Service in the dining room was relaxed to say the least. Also beware of the orange-juicing machine - it bites. Best tip for eating out nearby is the Nature restaurant in Place d'Espania. It's open all day and serves a fantastic range of salads, pasta and other healthy food. It will be empty at 8pm but you'll have to fight for a table by 9. We'd use the hotel again for convenience but not for a gourmet experience.

Short Break in Palma, Mallorca
M Brougham, Newcastle upon Tyne
Very nice hotel in the centre of the city. Situated along a side street less than one minute from one of the main shopping streets. Only a couple of minutes from the train/ bus stations and the railway to Soller. Room was very modern with air conditioning. Breakfast was good, tables were in a very attractive courtyard. Would definitely stay there again when we next go to Palma.

excellent spotlessly clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideally situated to Palma and public transport is very cheap. Lots of very good restaurants and tapas bars within a 10 minute walk.

Chic and Cheerful
Joe Holmes, UK
This is an excellent hotel in a superb location in the old town close to shops, restaurants, buses and trains. The L1 bus from the airport runs about every 15 minutes and stops at the Placa D’Espanya which is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, and the staff are friendly and speak good English. The room we stayed in was quiet and had a comfortable bed and good facilities including air-conditioning/heating, flat-screen TV, and a huge state-of-the-art shower. We will definitely be going back but next time would book ‘room only’ if possible as the ‘continental breakfast’ is very limited.

This is an excellent hotel. The young staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The standard rooms are a good size, tastefully decorated and with sate of the art bathroom/shower rooms. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and decorated in a contemporary style. The inclusive breakfast was substantial. We did have a light meal in the hotel bar. It was very good and reasonably priced, but the menu is quite limited, however on the plus side it is all prepared individually. The position of the hotel is ideal if you wish to explore Palma on foot; a few minutes from the station and just 10/15 minutes from the cathedral and the sea front. Any negative points? Yes, it must be said that the approach to the hotel, down a side alley off the pedestrian shopping street, is seedy, but do not be put off - this is a gem of a hotel. Would be more than happy to go back again.

Excellent hotel. Well situated within walking distance of old town and cathedral. Rooms very clean and comfortable with flat screened television in each room. Lovely large shower and very comfortable bed. Very nice continental breakfast which was served up until 10.00am. The staff were very friendly and helpful and on arrival we were given a complimentary glass of rose` wine while we checked in which we thought was a nice touch. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to use this hotel again if we come to Palma.
