You get what you pay for

We stayed for 4 nights in November. The hotel is very dated the room was disgustingly dirty, we tried to change rooms but the hotel was completely full (not). Our check in was delayed until 4pm after arriving at 12 due to room cleaning hahaha. Decided to get flight back next day rather than argue what a clean floor/bath should look like We were all inclusive for what's it's worth and it was best only adequate. Unless your on a budget avoid!!!
The best thing about my stay was...Nothing

Ok it was 3 star and near veronicas and there was noise with people coming back in the early hours but people are holiday ? I think if you book near veronica's you should expect some noise at night with the bars shutting at 4am. Anyway the rooms were big plenty of space i had a walk in shower (no bath) which i loved bathroom was spot on the balcony was big enough with good chairs and table and a drier to hang your towels, The beds were comfortable no air con but its been said you can hire fans but air con would be a lot better ie in the hot season it was 30 d when i was there. But i have no complaints i knew what i was paying for i wanted to be near the action pleanty of places to eat drink and be enetrtained near to Las Piramides never used the pools and went s/c Would i go there again yes but with no air con it would be November to February only air con and i would always go there was told stag and hen night use the place who cares they are on holiday to i am 61 they don't bother me
The best thing about my stay was...Near the Action and local pubs

If you have booked then you have nothing to worry about
David , Glasgow
There is a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel which made me worried to what we had booked. The hotel it's self is OK, we went all inclusive which again the reviews in this are very mixed but for a 3 star hotel you can't complain. Breakfast was mainly sauages, eggs, bacon etc there is also cereal however this was like cardboard so I would avoid that. Lunch was so so, always a different mix like muscles, pasta etc. Dinner usually either chicken, beef & pork plus other stuff like meatballs stew etc. The sunbed situation... again when we were there it was no hassles at all. Everyone needs to que by reception as the pool doesn't open till 9AM. Up to about 10/11AM you can get a sunbed no problem. Also as a tip I would suggest getting a sunbed next to the small kids pool which is about 12 ft away from the main pool, usually less busy & is still a sun trap from about 10.30 right through till 6PM. Drinks - 7up, Pepsi, Fanta etc. Alcohol- San Miguel is the beer on tap and they have local wines on tap too. All the usual spirit's too like vodka brandy etc. The only issue with the hotel is there is no Air con. You can hire a fan for 30 euros and you get 10 euros back when you hand it back to reception. It's only the 4th floor that has air con so if you book with Thomson you would likely get the 4th floor but anyone else like alpha rooms, jet2 etc I think wouldn't get these rooms as they are likely dearer. As the title says if you have booked you have nothing to worry about and if your thinking of booking and if it's a good deal I would say book it.
The best thing about my stay was...Very central to everything
