Absolute chaos at meal times, it was like Mike Reid's run around now, most of the staff are very unhelpful
The best thing about my stay was...The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were cleaned every morning to a good standard

Young couple short break
Caoimhe, Swords, Dublin, Ireland
Loved this hotel, lovely big clean quiet room in Miro building. Two double beds. (No fridge or hairdryer) pools were great, loads of sunbeds. We went half board where we were given the option of three restaurants for dinner. Main buffet had good selection but very busy both night see went. BBQ restaurant again lots of choice and never over crowded. We were not to keen on the pizzaria. Breakfast had lots of choice but we didn't bother with it after the first morning. Hotel staff were lovely too, very helpful. Entertainment was very Spanish, which we didn't mind as we were in Spain!! Really short walk to the beach, loads of bars, restaurants, shops. Hotel approx €30 in taxi to Reus airport. The temple bar had good music on each night. And the red lion has a trivia quiz on each night which was good for a change of scenery.
The best thing about my stay was...The pool area, loads of sunbeds.

Not bad for the price..
Generally a decent hotel for what you pay. Clean & tidy with good falsities. Have to say though, I was very disappointed buy the officious way all-inclusive customers were treated. Even though we had wrist bands, we were still expected to carry our room cards around with us if we wanted food. Not easy when your in & out of the pool all day. & the bar seems to stop serving all-inclusive drinks earlier & earlier each year. Not sure i'll bother in the future...
The best thing about my stay was...Great party atmosphere.

we stayed here for 5 days in april had a lovely time. the first impression i got was it was a very busy hotel wit a lot of spanish guests, check in was quick and we were happy with our room. the food was good enough but some of the tables are very close together and can be annoying, restaurant staff great and keep the area very clean we ate out twice at metro steakhouse good food and good prices. The bedroom was cleaned daily with an abundance of fresh towels each day .i would go back it was good value for money in a great location good bar staff and over all friendly surroundings thanks all
The best thing about my stay was...location

Cheap but add on services expensive
Steve, West Yorks
It was cheap to stay there but extras like internet expensive, extra for indoor pool. Reception staff helpful but restaurant staff stood around talking while everyone self cleared plates, drinks also expensive. However, the food was quite good and plenty of choice !
The best thing about my stay was...Cheap for hotel stay

Good area for beach, pubs and shops
Maureen from South Shields, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, England
Hotel Jaime 1 is just a short walk from the beach. Minutes from supermarkets, pubs and shops. short walk to information centre for bus/train/excursion info. Food variable, mostly good, always plenty, remember it is Spanish style. Room small but always clean, both towels and bedding. Good for kids tho we did not have any Nearby adventure centre and then Port Aventura. This was our 3rd time here. will go back next year too.
The best thing about my stay was...The closeness to beach, shops, supermarkets and pubs.
