Probably the best family all-inc we have been to
Theresa Marie, Worcestershire
We booked this hotel through alpharooms rather than as a package as it was much cheaper and it was all very last minute. After reading lots of reviews, in the past we have tried to stay clear of all-inclusive resorts but decided to give it a go. It was amazing, from the bottle of water and lolipops for the kids on arrival through to the premium spirits (a great tanqueray & tonic) which were all included in the price, this place and the staff could not be faulted. Hot food of great quality in various restaurants, table service, drinks service around the pools, the friendliest animation team who really look after the children big and small - even the teenagers looked like they were having a wonderful time which is always a rarity! Our boys are 3 & 4 and we for the first time in our lives are already looking to book next year - 2 weeks this time though! Definitley reccomended
The best thing about my stay was...Everyting!!!!!!!

Ideal for families - lots to do, good range of actvities & entertainment, great staff. Well above average "All Inclusive"
John Magrath, Haywards Heath
Great service from the moment we arrived. Arrived 10am in morning, bags collected from coach, checked in and put straight into room - by the pool fully unpacked by 11am. Al staff friendly - particularly the animations team. This is a large resort - so it's busy (we went at peak time in August) - if you don't like being with lots of people then this will not be for you . Positives Staff Availability of Sunbeds Activities - Bikes, Gym, Tennis, Water polo, beach volley ball, football Drinks - Branded Spirits, Cocktails Service Lots of friends for children Cleanliness Rooms Negatives On a big hill (not a problem for us but not so good for pushchairs or elderly) Evening entertainment average Wasps
The best thing about my stay was...Felt relaxed from moment arrived

Lovely week, great food, drink, accommodation and sporting activities
Suzanna Wright, Potters Bar
Pleasantly surprised by room, larger than previous hotels. Buffet food variation, quality and quantity really good. Enjoyed lunch being served at the top pool restaurant. All staff in hotel were very pleasant and attentive. Animation team really hard working and made our teenage son feel included in all sports. Didn't like having to pay for wi-fi as hotel is 5 star this should be included and evening entertainment could have more professional external acts. Loved being able to get English drinks included in all inclusive. Overall a great week and would recommend to YOUNG families.

Great family holiday
Cath Hill, Lancaster
We had a great family holiday at this hotel. Probably not ideal for people without children. Lovely location - by the sea, quick transfer from airport and nice views. Food was buffet style, so very busy in August, but great selection, good quality on the whole and plentiful. Very clean. Our kids loved the entertainment. The animation team are very good. We would definitely return and recommend getting a cheaper deal with Alpharooms rather than traveling with a travel agency.
The best thing about my stay was...It was relaxing and fun.

Fun Activity Packed Holiday
Sue Garbutt, Halifax
Although the hotel appeared to be most popular with young families, my son, 21, and I had a great week at this hotel. We enjoyed joining in with the activities - including archery, volleyball, tennis, yoga, swimming, exercise classes and bike riding. The 'animators' were friendly, entertaining and inclusive of all; including so extremely entertaining characters. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms, although not luxurious, were spacious and well presented. The food, buffet style, was very good and the service in the restaurant was excellent.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff

Review of 'INSOTEL CLUB PUNTA PRIMA'
Leigh Rogers, Haywards Heath/England
A sprawling complex which does very well to primarily cater for families. We arrived in early July to beat the 'UK' rush and the hotel was not too busy.It has 2 very good adult swimming pool also a couple of childrens pools and I'd recommend heading for the pool at the top of the hill if you can stand the hike as it is quieter. The hotel has an atmosphere of a small international village due in part to all the rooms being apartment style and the general scale of the development. This took some getting used to after spending holidays in more traditional hotels. The architecture is quite pleasing on the eye and apart from the whole complex being on a hill it was a pleasant place to stay. The rooms were above average and offered enough space for a family of three.

I'd grade the hotel as a competent 4 star mainly because the eating experience is best described as adequate unless you enjoy eating buffet style every night in a 'canteen' like atmosphere. We ended up only eating there twice in the evening even though we were half board.I can understand why they do this as because most of the clientel are families the restaurant gets very busy between 7-8 pm and that is one way to get around mass catering at peak times. It would have been better for there to at least be an option of being able to swap to a la carte for a couple of evenings. The rest of the accommodation is very good and caters for most of the needs of even the most demanding families. It has kids clubs and a creche although I didn't feel that it was good enough to leave my 2 year old in as it seemed to be run by a couple of disinterested supervisors with little or no English communication to the children. (The hotel nationality split was approx 25% UK/Irl, 25% Dutch, 20% Belgium, 20% German, rest Spanish and Italian, so quite a cosmopolitan bunch!).

In conclusion I would recommend this hotel if you do not mind staying in a large lively complex and try and forget the 'posh' holiday camp aura. There was something for everyone but I stress it is mainly geared up for families and I would not recommend it if you do not have kids as it would drive you insane! If you must then I'd try the Prestige next door as this had the 'snob' factor and it was quieter with fewer children. The food as mentioned before is buffet style in a noisy environment and there is not a huge alternative choice of restaurants in the resort itself so bear that in mind.
