Nice relaxing holiday. Pleasant staff, very clean room, plus the food was variable and well presented. Needs an up date on electrics and there is no free wifi, also the sun beds aren't in great condition. But we had a great holiday.
The best thing about my stay was...Near the railway so easily accessible to surrounding towns and resorts.

Great Holiday with Good Friends

Had a lovely week at the Riu Belplaya. Large spacious rooms most with a sea view but a little dated although very clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Although this was very near the beach a little out of the way for the town but the train station was near and so was the bus stop. Would stay again no problem
The best thing about my stay was...We had a birthday and when we went for evening meal we had complimentary Carva and special attention.

Pretty much perfect.

Well what a lovely experience. We went on a three day and two night experience over the New Year. The main highlights are the very friendly and happy staff, and very good food that for a change buffet style was nice and hot. Rooms are a little tired, but nice size, very clean. We missed a kettle though for an early morning cuppa. But these are minor points. We stayed at a very flashy hotel for christmas, but it had no heart or charm. This hotel does.
The best thing about my stay was...The lovely atmosphere, staff, food, the location.

Really couldnt complain.....
We live inland spain and stayed at belplaya over Christmas with adult visiting family. Everything was good, from the room, food, drinks, amenities. There is nothing to complain about at all. The staff are friendly, everything is clean and as a bonus, the weather was great. Would not hesitate to book for next christmas 😃
The best thing about my stay was...Everything was good.

still a good hotel

We have stayed at this hotel before, spotlessly clean, staff pleasant and always happy to help. The rooms are very clean but are starting to look that they need refurbishment. The bar staff are plentiful and there is not long ques waiting to be served. The resturant is clean and caters reasonably well, but on previously stay we had a much better food selection, this time english sausages never seen, lunch was salads or burgers, evening meals better with carved meats and fish. All in all this is a good hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...Relaxing

Expensive glass of wine
Brian, United Kingdom
Stayed here for a one night stay on a half board basis. Excellent hotel and selection of food at dinner. Unfortunately I poured myself a glass of wine not realising that this was only 'free' for those staying on an all-inclusive basis. I was subsequently charged 6 Euros 70 Cents, I could have stayed all-inclusive for just 30 cents more, skipped the lunch and drank as much wine as I wished for no additional charge. Only a small point but nevertheless annoying !!
The best thing about my stay was...The food

Just returned from our weeks stay at the Rui Belplaya. Such attentive & helpful staff who really couldnt do enough to ensure our holiday experience was memorable for the right reasons. All inclusive menu was varied and plentiful, certainly satisfied us (wouldn't say I'm fussy but I appreciate & expect a good standard). Rui hotels don't disappoint we have found. I wouldn't hesitate to book & stay at the Belplaya again.
The best thing about my stay was...Location & staff positivity

Went All-inclusive for a few days, Very good selection of food and drinks. We had been at this hotel some years ago. Although very clean lI found it a bit round down. We got a standard room with balcony which was ok, as it was only booked a few days before our departure. It overlooked the entrance and parking no sea view. Weather was a downside and indoor swimming pool was already closed for the summer. Hotel was quite full and they are catering mostly for elderly couples. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday it's ok. It's at the very end of Torremolinos beachfront. We had our own car but you can get a bus and see Bajondillos or La carijuela on the other end off the beach, both very popular. I've also been to Riu Chiclana at Costa de la Luz, Cadiz although also a 4star find it superior and excellent for all ages A day trip to Gibraltar is a must....won't be disappointed only 1 1/2 hours drive
The best thing about my stay was...Service and food
