Would definitely recommend this hotel. Location extremely good. Clean and tidy just a little frayed around the edges, but shudder to think how much it must cost to keep up to such an imposing building. Ice rink on 7th floor a big plus. Staff extremely helpful and professional
The best thing about my stay was...Breakfast extremely good

Hotel was very nice and clean. Room very tidy. Small signs of deterioration. Wallpaper falling off in places. The faults. Is with the staff. One person says something but doesn’t act upon it. Requested late check out but not sorted out. Staff don’t wait for you to open room door and just let them self in. Overall I really enjoyed my stay
