Excellent Hotel

Visited Budapest on numerous occasions and stayed in many different locations of the city in many types of hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all types of traveller. The ambience is quiet, unobtrusive and stylish. The location is peaceful and leafy but only two minutes metro ride from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The staff are professional, polite and accommodating. The rooms are well furnished and have been renovated to a high standard with the added feature of a balcony, a rarity in city centre hotels. The restaurant menu is interesting and different from the usual Budapestian fare, appealing to international tastes, there is something for everyone. I will definitely stay at the Andrassy Hotel again.

Review of 'ANDRASSY'

My wife and l have just returned from a fantastic three night break at the Andrassy Hotel.Great location on one of Budapest's most elegant streets only a 25 minute walk from the centre or there was a metro stop just a couple of minutes from the Andrassy, which was very easy to use, also just 10 minutes walk from Hero's square and a lovely park, have a coffee in Robinsons.<br />The staff were excellent we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived couldn't do enough for us.The rooms were bright and spotlessly clean, even had a chocolate and the next days weather forecast left on our bed each night.Buffet breakfast was spot on something for everyone. For all food lovers do not miss Gundel's.Superb food and service not cheap but not to be missed at any cost, only a 10 minute walk fron the Andrassy.Would recommend the Andrassy to anyone who like good friendly service in a class above Hotel.

Review of 'ANDRASSY'

This is a charming, small, luxury hotel which I highly recommend.&nbsp;&nbsp; It is well situated, residing in the quiet end of the elegant Andrassy street, and within easy walking distance of Hero's square and a station for the delightfully small scale underground route into the centre of the city.&nbsp;&nbsp; The service in the hotel was impeccable and unintrusive and the food superb.&nbsp;&nbsp; All in all the Andrassy was very good value.
