Hotel has been up dated to a high standard, only thing that let it down was pool bar not open, only 1 bar, queues were so long it was stupid only 2 staff, hate to think what it will be like in high season
The best thing about my stay was...pool area plenty of sun beds

The main problem with the hotel was that the pool area is far too small for the size of the hotel - people were reserving sunbeds at 5am!! Most people go on holiday to use the pool facilities so this was a major problem. The hotel was desperately in need of an update - the main reception and some of the rooms had been modernised but the rest of the rooms were very dated and disappointing - albeit very clean. They were also very basic with no hairdryers, mini fridge or tea and coffee facilities. The food was mediocre - we were sick of it after a day or two and went out to eat most nights. There was also no snack bar or room service to get lunch if you wanted to stay in the hotel at lunch time and you were not all inclusive. As we were half board we had to pay for drinks - which was fine, however the hotel had the cheek to make you pay for water including at mealtimes you had paid for! - which I don't consider acceptable. The resort was small and not particularly nice - don't go there if you want spanish food, nice restaurants and culture.
The best thing about my stay was...The weather!!

Group of 6 ladies, had brilliant time here, only 1 problem, 2 of us were overbooked so had to stay at sister hotel in same resort, but was dealt with promptly an we were able to use facilities in hotel with rest of party.. Taxis were paid for to an from other hotel with suitcases. So it was not a problem. Excellent choice of food everyday, have stayed here several times before but the improvements to public areas are lovely, really well done, bright and airy an plenty of places to sit in evening an chill with friends. Great pool. Friendly helpful staff. Bedrooms are clean an good showers.
The best thing about my stay was...Cleanliness an nice staff nice atmosphere, definitely will visit again.

Very disappointing 😩

I have stayed in this hotel 30+ times and have always had a fantastic time (hence the numerous returns) This time I was there with a crowd of 14 ladies and we were very disappointed The hotel has now been taken over by Globales. Our check in took 2+ hours. Ours rooms allocated we made our way to the bar which is no longer self service meaning the one bar man had to serve everyone which meant massive queues Food not great at all very very disappointing Perfect if you eat fish for lunch and dinner Same bar problems at night two staff were before self service there were always 3/4 staff I will say the staff are always very friendly and that hasn't changed but they are under a lot of pressure Entertainment? We made our own because there was very little offered It would take a lot to encourage me to come back here and I think that's very sad as it was a firm favourite of mine 😥😥
The best thing about my stay was...The company I was with

Not stayed here for 2 years but did for 3 years previously and the hotel standard has dropped dramatically as the rooms and general condition are outdated and shabby ,the self service drinks are a joke but the beer for all inclusive was of good standard ,the pool is ok and most of the sun beds good and were available ,the rumours were its now going to be refurbished and so till this is done I won't be visiting .
The best thing about my stay was...The food was of good standard and plentiful

We stayed here a few years ago and decided to go back as our previous stay was pleasant. To say all inclusive is an understatement, due to the fact that all drinks were self service. My husband and I went to the bar of an evening, we are not big drinkers but having to stand in a queue to serve myself a drink as other guests were very greedy was not my idea of all inclusive. Food was acceptable, but not as good as our previous stay. Rooms were dated and the bathroom was unclean- taps full of limescale! Very disappointed overall. Would not stay again.

If you are going half board this is not the hotel for you as you are restricted to small plastic glasses for your drinks. bar staff not always about, disappointed with lack of communication with hotel staff. Food was okay, night entertainment poor but cleaner in everyday which was a plus,
The best thing about my stay was...Having decent weather
