We family of 3 stayed for 1 night. Great room and great room service. I must mention here designer watches e.g Boss and Vercace and so cheap in this hotel, hard to believe. Only bit of negative was bathroom, quite old times fittings.
The best thing about my stay was...Everything

Ideal location and facilities
Ross Mack, Falmouth
Great superior room, everything was just as you would expect from a large hotel. Apart from the staff who were refreshingly polite, friendly and very professional. Breakfast covers all tastes and is managed very well. Tube station across the road, easy location to drive to and park (outside of congestion zone).

service quick and efficient. Staff always ready to help. Room very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Room cleaned every day. great shower. Good location for our visit to the sights of London. Staff well equipped to advise on buses and undergrounds. Breakfast very good - excellent wide choice - only bad point was that the hot food tended to be more luke warm than hot. Good value for what we paid.
The best thing about my stay was...Good base to come back to after a long day shopping and sightseeing.

Review of 'HILTON LONDON METROPOLE'
Jennifer Moore, London
The Hilton Metropole is a great hotel with the interior being extremely spacious and impressive.
As an event organiser, I often book for delegates to stay in the Metrople feeling assured that they will be looked after and that they will have all that they need. The average room is fairly small for the price but is always clean and well manitained. Most rooms also have great views over London. The hotel boasts of a number of delicious restaurants and shops, offing the guests a very pleasant stay. The conference facilities are also pretty good. The hotel is very central and only a few minutes from Paddington station.
Well worth a visit!
