Great hotel, shame about the thin internal walls
Maite Clarke, Wales
The hotel was great, really handy parking and so close to the airport which you can't hear at all. The only problem we had was that the walls were very thin and a group of very loud, drunk idiots kept me awake between midnight and 5am. The staff tried to help and did their best but there were no earplugs at reception and they couldn't police the corridors constantly. They apologised profusely the next morning and the breakfast was great.
The best thing about my stay was...Staff were helpful, room was spacious and spotless

1 nt stay due to early departure flight.
Christine Graham, Birkdale
We have never flown from liverpool airport before. Very very impressed, the rooms are spotless and comfortable . No aircraft noise when you think we were opposite the airport, We had an early flight and very surprised the breakfast was served so early that we did'nt need to buy anything @ the airport. All in all we will be staying again in the future. Staff very helpfull to. C Graham ,Southport.
The best thing about my stay was...The whole experience.

We were very impressed with this clean modern hotel. However, the food was nothing to write home about. Boring, dry and tasteless.

Good Hotel but are standards slipping?
N Bell, Onchan
5th time in this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is still good with great staff and good bedrooms. But this time I was horrified with the breakfast. The standard of food has slipped dramatically.Sausages were inedible, the scrambled eggs seemed to be made of egg powder and the bacon was foul.It did spoil my stay a little.
The best thing about my stay was...Staff

great airport hotel
susan le maistre, jersey channel islands
excellent hotel, right across the road from the airport, clean, quiet excellent breakfast. if going into town get 500 bus from airport runs every 30 mins 3.60 return runs until midnight just as quick as a taxi which would cost you 20 pds. Highly recommend this hotel for value and convenience, use it when visiting daughter at uni. Staff polite and helpful. bar meals tasty and good value Highly recommend hotel

Not quite what you'd expect from Hilton, but nice enough
Kieran , Manchester
I must say firstly that the staff were really pleasant, so it is no reflection on them - just a couple of things which I think let the place down a bit really. Firstly as we arrived we couldn't work out the parking arrangement, which really wasn't clear. You drive towards the hotel and it is directly opposite the airport and in the main car park area, so you see all sorts of signs which make you think you'll be paying through you nose for the parking. For anyone reading this, you just need to drive in to the car park under the hotel, ignore the payment signs and just drive to the 5th floor of the car park. Second point which I feel let it down was the lack of a bath in the room. We booked here as I we thought it'd be nice to wake up to a relaxed rather than frantic start to a holiday, i.e. wake up and have a nice bath. Never mind though, the shower was nice enough. Final point was the food. Considering it was all clearly pre-prepared / frozen, the pizza we ordered in the evening was quite decent. Annoyingly though they'd run out of the two things on the (very limited) menu that I actually wanted - one being chicken and chorizo skewers and the other being cheese cake. The menu was very limited anyway, so it was quite bad odds to have run out of the only two things I actually wanted off it. Breakfast wasn't the best but OK. I had eggs, bacon, beans and sausage so not sure what the rest was like, but each of the above items were a bit bland / dry. General room etc were nice, and as I mentioned at the start, the staff were nice too - human and chatty rather than robotic, not something you get all that often in that type of hotel. Theres a handy little gym that is OK for a quick 'blast' too. Not that much stuff in there, but cables, a few weights etc + cardio equipment and you can let yourself in at any time with your room card. On the whole a 3/5 for what I'd expect from that type of hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...Gym access, nice staff, nice bar area, nice rooms
