London always a good place to visit. Lots to do and see

Area was good and felt safe walking around at night.Prices at Hotel are what you would expect to pay. Ther was some good offers for evening meals if you didn't want to venture far. Some nice little restuarants at St kathrines dock at rear of Hotel . However it is worth having a stroll over the bridge, or walking the South Bank as there are lots of resturants pubs and cafes. Try and avoid area around the London Eye if you don't like crowds.

Great location

Been to London many times and being located in Tower Bridge is a smart choice. In short walking distance of a few major attractions and shopping areas. A quick tube ride away to other areas of London and there are plenty of tube stations around to make traveling around very quick and easy. The area has a very good selection of pubs & restaurants. Its fairly calm compared to other areas of London, for example if you stayed near Oxford Circus or Covent Garden, but in all honesty it's quite nice to escape from the crowds after a long day out.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Close to all the major attractions and shooping areas.

City Break

London is a fantastic city to visit offering travellers a host of activities, attractions, shopping, good food and very friendly people. The underground is a super was to travel.. We took the tube from Heathrow to our hotel - just one change and we used the underground for all of our transport needs.. The Oyster card is very economical for fare payment.

Great for the Tower and surrounding area

Hotel was right opposite the Tower. The area is relatively quiet compared to the West End. The surrounding area is mostly the business part of the City. There is a Wetherspoons pub minutes away serving affordable food. Kathrines dock is a short work away where there are plenty of shopping outlets and bars/restaurants. It is great to walk across Tower Bridge and again on that side of the river there are plenty of restaurants/bars especially on Butlers Wharf.

The best thing about my stay was ...

Close proximity to The Tower and the underground and good to get away from the West End.
