Brisk & Lively with tons of history and fabulous shopping.

Ibiza town is an immensely historic place with a vibrant twist! There are hundreds of wonderful shops in the main centre and lots of little shops in the old town area, some of which are quite exclusive. The squares are lovely to see and there are lots of cafes. Cafe culture - just sit at a table and wait to be served. They are offended if you go in and ask! To ask for the bill, a simple "La Quenta" will do! You MUST visit the castle though, and make your way through the winding streets within the walls. Be aware that the climb to the topmost ramparts is by long sloping steps - and there are a lot of them! NOT for the faint hearted and definitely not wheelchair friendly. The town is a bustling place at night with plenty of bars to visit and shops open till late. A MUST VISIT!

The best thing about my stay was ...

The castle, shopping, cafes, vibrant and historic.

Pure Class

Ok it's not Monaco but you need money to have a good time & really experience the place Average 8 Euros for a beer! it's steep but you should know this before you book so take a decent amount of cash as you'll pay on average 60 Euros to get in to Pacha & 27 for a bottle of san Miguel & a Vodka & coke once your in there. The town is beautiful loads of shops but again compared to the UK you'll pay a premium on pretty much everything really, nice places to eat & friendly people make this a magical destination.
