An excellent hotel with good facilities. The food however is not to everybody's liking and a bit repetitive. It seemed good for Turkish guests but breakfast in particular was not good for British guests. The entertainment at nights was very good. Our room, 5234, needs a total redecoration. The paper was hanging of the walls in places and the woodwork needs repainting. Be aware that it seems that most of Marmaris closes down from October to April.
The best thing about my stay was...Entertainment

We returned on Friday after 10 nights at the hotel. We booked connecting family rooms 3247 and 3248. I would recommend these rooms as they are spacious and you have a great view of the stage outside. However there was no outside entertainment this year, we were disappointed as there was last year but understood it was preseason. The hotel next door had great entertainment, we could hear it every night.. There was no information on the board as to when and where entertainment would be and the entertainment staff did not approach all guests. They had their favourite guests, which was apparent. Rooms were cleaned daily. There is shower gel and shampoos in the shower. Both rooms had a shower and no bath.I brought with me a little inflatable bath for the baby, which I tried to leave for the guests in room 2214 but could not get hold of them. I hope it made its way to them. There were toiletries and the mini bar was filled everyday with water and soft drinks. Each room had air con. The balconies were nice and clean. It was really nice to look out on the balcony before dinner. Tea and coffee supplied in the room with a kettle and cups. There is non stop food and drink throughout the hotel. Reception staff are great. Cleaner was really nice and cleaned well. Aksana from Guest Relations tried her best to help me when I lost my transfer paper and could not get on line. In the end I had to use my data which was really expensive. I asked to use her computer but she said I could not. Something to do with codes. The children's pool has moved to a quiet area which is great for the children. They still love the big ship in the play area. There are two swings on the walk to the beach. For adults. The two buildings either side of the swings look as though they may be Clubs being built. The beach was nice and clean. You can take drinks from the pool bar to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers. it is an amazing hotel. lots of amenities. Great location. It is thoroughly cleaned everyday. We walked past the pool and play area at night and everything had been washed down.As soon as meal times are over, you see the kitchen staff begin to clean everything thoroughly. The staff work so hard and really long hours. In particular the waiters and waitresses and the cooking staff. The bar staff outside too. Wifi is really bad. It was really hard to get a connection especially when looking for my transfer info. Using data was really expensive. The hotel would not let me use their computer to access hotmail to find my transfer paper. I think they should have a facility to do this. I was in the kids club one morning. My daughter did not want to go alone so we sat and waited she played. It has a really big playhouse and a ball pit. Very spacious. We clearly saw Mine and Li Li, the two girls who work there, treating children differently. I saw Mine colouring with a little girl she knew, she took out a colouring book for her but when two other girls asked to colour in, she put the other colouring books away and gave them blank pieces of paper. I saw Li Li make a Frozen picture with glitter for a little girl whom she approached. Other girls were trying to look and join in but she either ignored them or moved them away. So we did not return. Li LI, Mine and Jey Jey are also the entertainment staff. Never once did they approach or acknowledge or give us any information regarding entertainment etc. I think they should treat everyone the same, especially children left in the care. I had a massage. It was a mix of hot stone massage, medical massage and reflexology. I completed a form which the lady did not read beforehand and I think she should have as it asks about any conditions you have etc. I have arthritis and she cracked my back twice which you should not do with arthritis. Also I did not know a facial was part of the massage. I had an allergic reaction. My eyes and face ballooned and my skin was red and sore. I did not blame them for my allergy, however I spent two days asking for the ingredients so I can find out what I am allergic too. I even approached Aksana on Guest Relations for the ingredients. Nothing. I went in the night before I left and took a photo of the two creams they showed me. I do not blame them but I do think they should have provided the ingredients. Reflexology is not reflexology, it is a foot massage. I would ask beforehand if you have any allergies or medical conditions. Ask exactly what the treatment is before booking. Extra information Across the road is a supermarket. I brought a handful of nappies with me and then bought them from over the road. If you have a loyalty card, you can save more money. McDonalds, Begum K is so rude and never smiled once in the whole time we were there. Chicken burgers are not great. Kofte burgers are really nice lamb burgers. Next to the taxi rank there is a little corner shop called Supermarket. Everything is priced. Reasonable. You can buy cigarettes in 200 or single packets. I bought bucket and spade sets really cheap. The owner is lovely. A few doors away is a Bank AK Bank. We changed money there. Rate was 5.57 and then 5.65. You need to take your passport, ask the rate before you buy and just double check the figures. A taxi to the bazaar is 20L. Burger King as the Bazaar was really nice and close to the water fountain. Nergis Cafe is really nice, fresh food and reasonably priced. They have wifi too!! Do not buy from the little huts on the walkway. I was charged £2 for soggy and small chips. I have written an honest review whilst adding in random helpful information. It is a great hotel. Great for families and couples.

Booked a family connecting side sea view room and this was lovely, (2 large rooms each with lovely bathroom) The facilities in the hotel we great, huge pool with slides, Gym, spa, own beach etc. Food wasn’t very varied, but there was lots of choice, staff were all helpful and welcoming. Nice walk along front to centre of Marmaris (about 30mins) Resort was just opening, so wasn’t too busy (Early April) which is what we prefer. All in all, a great, relaxing break.
The best thing about my stay was...Location of hotel, facilities food and friendly staff

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday including toilet and shower. The beds were very comfortable. There were three of us and all three single beds were comfortable. We had a balcony facing the road which wasn't too bad. Does get a little noisy when the balcony door was left open. To face the see you have to pay extra which we didn't want to do. The staff are friendly and helpful. The key is to smile at them! Things the hotel could improve on: 1. Have signs around the hotel to help customers su h as 'queue here for enquiries' or 'queue here for check in'. The hotel needs to consider putting in a queue system. Customers are from all over the world and many may not be used to queuing up especially around the reception and dining area for food. Staff at the hotel need to make sure there is a universal system in place to make a smooth running of the place as many people were frustrated over people jumping the queue and being served. 2. Have simple signs around the hotel such as 'check in' 'self service' 'tea and coffee' just simple signs would have made the stay much easier as most of the time we had to ask around where as signs would have done the job. 3. Have a wide range of food. Although there was a huge selection of food available, the four nights we stayed we had very similar food. There was always grilled chicken, salad, rice and the same deserts. They should consider having a Rota of different food where food are not being repeated. 4. We went during April which is not a very busy period however the dining area in the evening was very busy. They were unable to meet the demands of their guests that we had to help ourselves to drinks and cutlery when usually that is provided to u. They need to recruit more staff to meet demands. 5. Late check out should be cheaper. Check out is at 12pm. Late check out is 50 euros Overall the stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The beach was well maintained and the poolside was very relaxing. Apart from a few recommendations it was a brilliant holiday and the hotel was great.
The best thing about my stay was...The cleanliness of the hotel

Lovely Hotel - British 4/5* Really enjoyed our time here
Luke Parsons, United Kingdom
Great location, Great Rooms, Service was good, food was abit samey but good. The swimming pool was cold as it's too big. We went in May 2016. There was no evening shows when we went which we found disappointing. Food shut at around 9 and there wasn't really anything after. Drinks were good, sometimes strong which I was happy about (no one wants watery cocktails.) The hotel was a short walk into the main town and loads of bars and food places on the front. Beach wasn't great for kids however a 30minute walk or a £2 taxi or boat takes you to ichmeler where the beach is good and our 4 kids played for several hours. Turks can be a bit come in come in but that's no different to teneriffe. We really enjoyed it and felt safe. at night if i got hungry after drinking theres a 24/7 take away that does fast food, they were nice guys. Everything is cheaper outside of the hotel, the mark up in the hotel shop is about x25 so be warned. There is a supermarket right opposite and they sell everything from shavers, nappies wet wipes and clothes to sweets crisps etc. If your flying easy jet and booking the hotel separate I'd honestly just buy your wash stuff over there and go over to the supermarket in the morning, same if you have a baby they sell nappies and all sorts. There is loads of shops selling fake clothes for next to nothing. They pay £4.50 for the clothing they sell so bare that in mind. They have a bottom price they will drop to and some fake clothes is better quality than others, look at the zips and stitching. Some of the kids clothes is nice though, shoes in the shops here are about £5-10. Tobacco we bought in the airport which cost £5.80ish for 50gs GV. cost of food out costs £30-40 for 2 adults and 4 children. Theres always a deal like children get a half price meal if you ask for it. Breakfast is £1.99 everywhere but they charge up for drinks. Wifi is in most places as well. Boat trips you can haggle on price so don't accept what they say. Everything in Marmaris is a haggle!! We really enjoyed it, the children really enjoyed, the room were good sizes, we had 2 interlinked rooms. 3 children in one and us in the other. We would really recommend the hotel to anyone. We did feel we were there a week to early as the kids entertainment has started now! Hope this helps anyone - We travel annually and are a family of 6, I've tried to be as honest as possible.
The best thing about my stay was...Every part I loved about the hotel and the place!!
