Friendly and comfortable, a great business stay
Business traveller, UK
Efficient check in with complimentary cookie or apple. Good free WiFi in room and nice breakfast. Rooms quiet, plug by the bed for charging, unfixed hangers in wardrobe, towels a little tired.
The best thing about my stay was...Comfortable pillows

Hotel is in a great location, 5 minute walk to Westminster Abbey. Room was lovely and breakfasts were plentiful and tasted delicious. We had dinner in the lounge on our first night and it was lovely however beware the cost of soft drinks. My husband had 2 pints of lager which was £9.60 which is fine however I had 2 pints of soda water and lime which was the same price!! Ridiculous!!! Was the only negative thing I can comment on!
The best thing about my stay was...Location and comfort of hotel itself

happy chappy, Poole
Good hotel, comfortable rooms and friendly staff - very quiet location but convenient for most things. Tip: always get a room as far away as possible from the Fitness suite - the machines are noisy and people seem to exercise at the strangest time of day and night!! We were 2 rooms away but got woken up at 0600!!! Would definitely stay again.
The best thing about my stay was...London - a great city but expensive!!

Nice hotel in central London. Rooms are clean, spacious and each has an iMac and WIFI. Staff are helpful and friendly in reception, bars and restaurants. Breakfast has a good selection of quality hot and cold food. Although we didn't struggle a queue can form to get in for breakfast during the peak times (8:30 to 9:30am). The bar is a nice place to have a drink although a bit on the expensive side. We didn't eat in the restaurant during the evening but judging by the rest of the hotel, I am sure the food would be good. The hotel is in a quiet location and about 10 - 15 minutes walk to either Westminster Underground or Pimlico Underground. If I would have realised the distance from the underground I would have booked somewhere more central although it isn't a long walk and not really that much of an inconvenience. A good hotel break overall and would recommend to friends.
The best thing about my stay was...iMac in room and breakfast

Clean, functional hotel providing good quiet night's sleep
Rebecca Taylor, Manchester
It's fine for a comfortable stay in London, but is not special and the bathroom, even in an upgraded room, exceptionally small. Quiet location, quiet bedroom provided a good night's sleep.Good buffet breakfast. Reasonable value for money, though on my last trip to London stayed at the Apex in Tower Hill, which was a much nicer hotel and provided a much better breakfast. Would probably stay here again if the price was right, but wouldn't rush back.
The best thing about my stay was...Nice and quiet and slept well.

Central location for shopping and sight seeting. Friendly professional reception staff, lovely room, great food. My 14 year old was highly impressed with the cookie at check-in and the apple computer in the room so she could instantly share her news via skype with her friends and look up things to do. This was her first trip to London and we had a memorable stay. Thanks

This hotel was in a great location. It was a 5 - 10 minute walk to the London Eye, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. The room was very bright and comfortable and there was a computer and WiFi access. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional. This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. I plan to use it again in the future.
The best thing about my stay was...Service.

Very comfortable but no bedside lamp which when reported wasn't rectified.
Alexander Venters, Dunfermline
Room was great apart from the aforementionned no bedside lamp. Loved the Apple TV/computer until the TV disappeared and we couldn't get it back! Loved the shower, easily worked and plenty hot water. Very clean and compact.
The best thing about my stay was...Very central and everyone was very helpful. Would stay again
