nice hotel perfect location
Rooms quite basic but adequate. Communal areas comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast. Room & all areas spotlessly clean. Perfect base to see all main sights in Prague
The best thing about my stay was...cleanliness, location, helpful staff

Fantastic location close to the old town and Charles Bridge Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, my room was a dated but immaculate Good breakfast included and complimentary tea and coffee in the reception lounge Great restaurants nearby and very reasonable

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are among the most polite I've ever met. It is close to most of the major attractions and once you get your bearings ,you will find many shortcuts. The hotel is spotless and one of the cleanest I've ever been in.This could be hard to beat for a 3 star. There is free Wi fi and free coffee and tea in the lobby. There is also a free safe in the room along with a fridge with free water and beer.
The best thing about my stay was...The staff

I have stayed at the Cloisters before and would rate it very highly. However on this trip the management offered us an upgrade at no extra cost to his new wing of the Hotel called "Unista". This was a 4star hotel with 20 star facilities and service. I cannot rate it highly enough. Everything was brand new and in pristine condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a joy. My partner and I travelled with friends who had never visited Prague before and were very impressed with the Hotel. Absolutely fabulous break and I will definitely visit again. Only problem is do I go to The Cloisters or do I find the extra pennies and go to the Unista. No matter what the choice the facilities and service will be excellent, of that I have no doubt.

The hotel is simple and clean, with all the facilities you need. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful with the reception staff speaking very good English. Our room was simply furnished but clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice buffet selection. Coffee and tea free in reception at all times of the day but only mini bar in room. The hotel is perfectly situated in a very quiet street, with all attractions within easy walking distance and especially close to the Old Town Square, and Charles Bridge. This was our first visit to Prague and we would recommend it to anyone although even in early April the tourist crowds were large, especially at the Castle.

Prague hotel that gives true Czech hospitality
CAROLINE VANCE, Surbiton
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, and each time I am impressed by the standard of service, cleanliness and friendliness. Situated in a wonderful cobbled street, which is quiet, but manages to conjure up the history that surrounds this hotel. The constant availability of tea and coffee in the lobby is a very welcome gift. This coupled with free internet helps to add to the outstanding quality of this wonderful Prague hostelry.

This hotel was in the perfect position for exploring Prague.Just a 5 minute walk to the Charles bridge and 10 mins to the Jewish quarter. The hotel itself we thought to be fairly basic but having said that it had all you needed and we have stayed in other hotels in Prague and found this one better than the others. The restaurant Stoleti which is a 30 second walk away is a recommendation, good food and very well priced. We will stay here again on our next visit which will be in summer next time as December in Prague was bitterly cold but the little christmas markets and hot chocolate with rum made venturing out in -5 well worth it.
