No shuttle bus !
Martin, Isle of aman
You can not rely on the airport shuttle bus. Management said it operated every 15 to 20 minutes. We waited 35 mins. and had to get a taxi cost 15 euro in order to make our flight departure. They should operate to a time table, say every half hour.
The best thing about my stay was...Near airport

A very good hotel if u want to be near the airport and not miss your flight as you get a free 24/7 bus ride to/from. The only negative from me is that i spent one hour five minutes waiting for my drink even tho i had already pay for it. Not a gd way to welcome a first timmer.
The best thing about my stay was...The 24hour bus service

Comfortable quiet sleep
Great night sleep after a lot of driving and more to do the following day. Brought ear plugs as I thought I'd need them being so close to the airport, I didn't need them. I can understand paying for parking if not staying at the hotel but I think parking should be free for guests who are staying
The best thing about my stay was...Quiet and comfy beds

Good value and convenient

Stayed here last year when it was Bewleys. Good sized clean room again at a good price and not far from airport with good free shuttle service. However still no flat screen in room which was disappointing.

The hotel that changed its name when nobody was looking
Paul Kennedy, Lincoln
Arriving at Dublin Airport and finding the park where the free hotel shuttle buses stand is easy - just aim for the very high church tower of Our Lady Queen of Heaven - which is a short walk under cover from departures. The confusion was that there was no Bewleys shuttle bus, it had become the Clayton bus as the hotel had changed ownership three weeks previously, but we didn't get any advance notification. The staff and service were the same, very good and friendly, great for families with small children, and with connecting rooms available. This is a large hotel and busy with tour groups but there was no delays at breakfast and while this was only a short stay you could see that they were introducing improvements on a daily basis. It is a really good hotel that is getting even better - hope the prices of the rooms do not increase. This is an excellent choice for transit stop-overs and short stays, even though it is way outside the city centre. So here is a tip if you want to use it for a base. Use the free shuttle bus to connect each day to the airport bus stands and use the fast and frequent Airlink 747 bus (half-hour journey via the Port Tunnel) to everywhere in the city centre. You can also purchase a 72 hour travel pass (Leap Visitor) for unlimited travel on Airlink, Dublin Bus, Luas tram and DART and Commuter trains. It is available for Euro 19.50, but only at the airport. Get it at the Spar shop in Terminal 2. Go and enjoy, and have a comfortable stay at the Clayton. P.S. I understand all Bewleys hotels are now Claytons.
The best thing about my stay was...Good value, great welcome from friendly staff, excellent accomodation.
