The best thing about my stay was...speedy check in

Myself and my girlfriend only stayed there for one night. We are both only 23 and even though the hotel is more catered for older couples and families we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, the atmosphere in the bar was fantastic and the room was lovely. We slept in the Sunday morning but were still allowed to go for a swim after checkout time which we really appreciated and capped off a perfect stay. Would highly recommend the Citywest to all ages and groups.
The best thing about my stay was...A group of musicians were on a course in the hotel over the weekend and ended up singing and playing a guitar into the early hours of the morning. We joined in and had almighty craic with the lads!

Bad Food at banquet
Stayed for all star banquet. Hotel is fine but very much over priced from the bar to the vending machine. Meal at banquet was inedible and looked as if had been cooked two days previous. Also veg tasted of stagnant water. At €75 a ticket
The best thing about my stay was...Dominos delivery to hotel at 5am. And staff were friendly

Over priced room with no aircon and a window that would not stay open, when we rang to ask for a fan we were told they had non for us, the tv did not work right it kept freezing so could not watch anything. So nearly €120 for a night of no sleep because it was so hot in the room and couldn't even watch tv to pass some time.
The best thing about my stay was...Going home

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at.. great rooms, good food, pleasant staff. We actually stayed two days extra because it was such a great place. The atmosphere was so festive (Christmas season). We ate at the restaurant and food was excellent...especially the hors d'oeuvres (goat cheese and portobello mushrooms, and the smoked haddock chowder!). The staff were all very pleasant and very helpful. The restaurant manager went out of his way to accommodate our request to have a bite to eat when it was late evening-much appreciated!
The best thing about my stay was...Everything!

The only comment I have is the location of the kettle, which is away from the nearest socket
The best thing about my stay was...comfortable, warm and good service
