Worse customer service I've ever had

This was my first time to Ibiza I was so very excited to experience it all specially the roof top pool it looked amazing. The moment we arrived we were greeted my a grumpy man on reception who was snappy and extremely rude to us. We then went to our rooms, mine was a decent size the others was shocking small with very little space to move around. We then all got changed into swimwear and headed to the roof top , I just said I'd forget about the reception experience in on holiday and wanted to enjoy myself. As we stepped off the elevator and walked to the pool I though this looks cool , we went to the bar and again I was insulted by the bat man who was speaking Spanish to his Spanish friends who were also sitting at the bar smoking and drinking. It was very obvious they were speaking and mocking us then looking at usand bursting out laughing. I felt really insecure and a bit embarrassed to be honest but refused to let it ruin my time instead I just asked who ever was going to the bar to get me a drink so I did not have to go up and encounter such rudeness or embarrassing treatment like by this at man. When we went out that night the athmopher was great mcgregor was fighting and won, spirits were high it was a late night we got home at 6.30ish so we were pretty tired the next day. I decided to stay in read a mag get my energy back for the evening. Later that night I started to feel extremely ill, It ended up I had food poisoning from the breakfast that morning (not from the hotel a place along the road) I was vomiting uncontrollable, dizzy, cramps, needed the bathroom constantly which meant I could not leave the room Lego out that night. I stayed in the apartment that night drinking plenty of water and hoping it would all pass soon and I could enjoy the next night with any luck. The following day I was still not any better I could not move and phoned my sister telling her I may need to go to a doctor she was very concerned and stayed with me in the apartment for a few hours as I drifted off. Hours later I was woken up to someone banging down the door , I struggled to get to the door. The lady from reception started to say (loudly) you need to leave it is 12pm. I told her I leave tomorrow as I booked an extra night through alpha rooms and they requested I be in the same room I showed her these emails and told her I was very ill and needed to sit down that I was dizzy. She just told me you need to go down stairs and pay I tried to hand her the money but she said NO GO DOWN STAIRS. I was getting upset at the thought of leaving the room incase I needed the bathroom or started to vomit I was trying to call my sister to come help the situation and go down stairs for me so I told the lady I would be down. I sat calling my sister and she came to the apartment and got the money to pay, I was so upset about the whole situation the receptionist could see how sick I was but she just shouted at me as though I had done something wrong when in fact I had done nothing I had arranged all of this through alpha rooms before my arrival. I would never stay here again, I found the whole experience shocking and disgusting to be honest. I know Ibiza is known to be a party destination and drinking is involved on a daily basis but in my opinion hotel, bar & other members of staff working in the industry should remain professional at all times to there guests. Nobody was been out of line or aggressive to any member of staff, I found most guest from the holiday to be friendly and not at all noisey or anyway out of line and the attidude in which everybody was treated was absolutely shocking to say the least. I would not return to this hotel and would not reccmend it to anybody.
