Very clean and good value for the money paid. Service was excellent, and the food was varied. Although space was tight, and the bathroom was small, it was OK for two adults.
The best thing about my stay was...Clean

Hotel Caribbean Bay is quite nice hotel, localized very close to the beach as well shopping points. Food there is really tasty (everyone can find sth suitable) and various (I have never seen the same thing twice), and the restaurant service is very nice and always with smile! :) The best is a Young Man, who is working at the evening bar as well. He is great ! :))) Rooms are small, but enought. Cleanning is perfect - every day if You want. Great view from the tarace at the 10 floor!
The best thing about my stay was...Food :)

Totally miss sold this holiday very disappointed alpha rooms!!!!
Colin Dickson, Scotland
To start with I had booked this hotel for my husbands 40th as a surprise! As we arrived we were very impressed then we went to check in when we were promptly told no no this hotel is fully booked don't know why you were even told to you would be staying here you are booked into our sister hotel and at that we were promptly shown to a pre paid taxi that shipped us over to the sister hotel basically a Spanish faulty towers!!! The reception staff were totally unhelpful land not very friendly with totally no intention of moving us instead tried to flog us off with free wI fi as compensation which we totally did not accept we are really disappointed and feel this was totally miss sold to us as the standard of hotels are definately not the same and I shall be looking to take this matter further if I'm not compensated
The best thing about my stay was...Check out!!!

Hotel has just been refurbished and is clean. Rooms are a decent size and get cleaned everyday. Food is hit or miss. staff are friendly. Hotel is 5 minutes from the beech. Get what you pay for hotel,a little bit better than what i thought it was going to be.
The best thing about my stay was...relaxing on the roof pool which not alot of people knew was there.

the best at el arenal
aSKA , Ireland
The best place I've stayed in at El Arenal so far. All inclusive for a price of accommodation only elsewhere! Quality and selection of food much better than in the beach restaurants! If one wants to put up few pounds over few days definitely should stay at Caribbean Bay ;-) Rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but clean and recently refurbished. Quite close to the beach with cheap supermarket Eroski near by. We will definitely come back.

Only for drunkers
Daniel, Czech rep.
If you don´t need to sleep, go to thid hotel. Drunk youngs, drunk footbalist, drunk Germans, all sing every night. Their best entertainment was throwing glass or chairs out the window. Kitchen was fairly good, maybe AI is better, when you don´t want travel around. For 230£/8days/4people it is to endure, but for high price I don´t think so. In this area is horrible to find parking place.

GOOD HOTEL FOR GOOD PRICE
Peter Poliak, Tuchyna
We stayed in hotel Saga in Jun 2012 and we had perfect stay! Receptionists were very kind, our room had a seaview and was cleaned every day. We were lucky because no drunk young were stayed next to us, so we had quiet in the night. But it´s true that there is a lot of young noisy drunk people, but not only in this hotel, but generally in area of El Arenal. But on the other hand, in the hotel were also old couples, families with small children, ... Hotel has also a small swimming pool on the roof with a view from Arenal to Palma. We were also very satisfied with food, it was tasty and great choice. Hotel is close to nice beach and bus stop (2min). I recommend this hotel mostly for young people who love fun and party.

jacqueline, sunderland uk
we stayed at the saga hotel a couple weeks ago and I have to say the pictures aare very deceving. There is not fountin at hotel that is in fact a few streets away and does not even work. the meals are set times and 9times out of 10 were not nice especially breakfast. The rooms were clean but as stated on internet it was a 3 start it was actually only a 2 star. Also full of germans and did not get a chance to go in pool as this was filling up when we were there the pool is also situated on the roof of the hotel.
The best thing about my stay was...getting out of hotel and bananna boat on beach

if you value your sanity DO NOT stay at this hotel, it may be cheap but its just not worth it. Its full of groups of german lads and girls that either dont go out until after midnight or dont go at all. The walls are paper thin and its like being inside a very loud disco until all hrs. i rang reception 6 times to ask them to ask the occupants of next door to turn the music off at 1am, still nothing so had to go to reception and almost drag the man up with me to sort it out, this was followed by the gang next door slamming doors, banging on my walls and climbing onto my balcony for the rest of the night. Its a tip the louts throw all the rubbish off the balcony at night leaving the already over worked maids to clean it all the next day, there were families with small children at the hotel, and neither the guests or the staff have any respect for occupants regarding noise etc, and as for the food 1 simple comment dont bother go to macdonalds its a safer option

Review of the Reina Del Mar
Frank Comiskey, Glasgow
It's on a hill, but if they put you in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel, you get one of the best hotel room views in Majorca, looking out across to Palma Nova and Palma.

The rest of the rooms face a quiet side street, and it's about 10 minutes to the sea-front.

The hotel is spotless, the staff efficient, the swimming pool large and the food is - honestly - perfectly ok.

Arenal/Playa De Palma gets a bum deal because it is international, but that said................

The resort has the largest and best beach on the island.

The resort has an excellent range of shops/bars etc. Not just Simpsons towels and burgers.

The bus services literally go everywhere on the island, and it's easy to get a ferry to Ibiza/Valencia/Barcelona or Minorca.

The sea-front stretches for about 5 miles of promenade and beaches, all the way to Palma itself.

The clubs are only busy after 12, but it was about 10 pounds to get unlimited access to four clubs, all of which had a free all-night bar.

No end of night fights either. Police make sure that everyone is well-behaved, but, from what I could see, everybody was anyway.
