Hotel staff are great, I left my suitcase on the shuttle bus and then immediately got on the phone and help me get my suitcase back. Hotel and rooms was clean and comfortable, a decent size bed and the kids loved the bunk beds, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Would definitely stay again. The kids loved the animals and the bouncy castle. Would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples.

Hotel was fine. Room good size, bed comfortable, could have done with an extra pillow. Shower good but could do with a bath mat, was slippy getting out. Breakfast nice with good selection. Liked the Disney store on site to get last minute bits. The negatives:- WIFI was awful. Spent more time logging into it every few minutes than actually using it. No English channels on tv which was annoying. A personal card left in the room was stolen. Reported to reception who did nothing. Told me to come back the next morning. I went back and was left standing for half an hour while they tried to contact the cleaning staff and then to be told it couldn’t be found. I can’t understand how difficult it is to find out who cleaned my room that day and my card would be ‘found’ then. The card has now been cancelled but be careful what you leave lying around! Was a fine base just to sleep in but wouldn’t return.

We had a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Great to have a bath! Dinner was expensive - €22 plus drinks - really not worth it. Dried out cold and very basic. Breakfast was much the same yuck! Free shuttle to Disney great bonus but the buses can be very busy, standing room only. All in all fine I would recommend for the price.
The best thing about my stay was...Bath

Kyriad hotel, serviceable and clean.
Julie, Birmingham, England
This hotel was quite basic, but clean and quiet, with comfortable beds. There is work going on there at the front of the hotel atm. A brand new trendy restaurant is being fitted. This did not effect the quietness of our stay. The farm at the back is a bonus, but the smell does hit you when you arrive or walk around. Can't smell it once you're indoors. Buffet breakfast. I took my own little sachets of HP sauce, just in case. Good job I did. Great location, near Disney, with a free shuttle bus to Disney,
The best thing about my stay was...Rooms were basic with comfortable beds. Breakfast was self service buffet style, with English and continental choice. Eat what you want, as much as you like.

Everything you need
Not a 5 star hotel; but you’re not paying those prices. I personally think it was amazing for the money we paid. It was clean had everything you needed. There was a shuttle bus every 15 minutes from the hotel to Disneyland. Rooms were spotless. Renovations currently going on so reception was in a small cabin which made no difference to us. All staff were friendly and nice. We didn’t eat any dinner at the hotel however we did have breakfast there and it had everything you wanted there; it was really lovely. Staff in the restaurant were really nice, there was one gentlemen in particular in the restaurant I think his name was arnauld, he was super friendly every morning and made our stay even more enjoyable. Looking to book again already.
The best thing about my stay was...Cleanliness
