The food in the restaurant for kids is very limited in choice. All premium rooms are on the 5th floor. Rooms very clean and cleaned regularly. The snack bar area during the day needs to be kept a bit cleaner and tidy with buckets emptied a bit more frequently as a few days they're over flowing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Kids club staff are good by putting toys in the baby pool for the kids. I didn't see any entertainment at night so unable to comment.
The best thing about my stay was...great for family to get to sleep as no noise after 11.30pm

One week stay with family and friends
Lisa J, Hessle
A nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The food was average (similar to that in other all inclusive hotels). The only problem I had was the constant banging of bedroom doors as this disturbed my sleep. The walls are also very thin.
The best thing about my stay was...Friendly staff

Great hotel in nice position 2 mins from the beach and 5 mins from resort centre. Staff friendly, everywhere very clean. Rooms adequate and maids every day. We were on the 4th floor and looked over the road so did have the noise of traffic, coaches outside with engines running from early morning until late and you could hear people in the next room talking etc! So walls very thin!! Food is typical AI but we always had enough to eat, it is only 'warm' but there is a microwave if you want to heat it up. Pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds, although we did visit October so there maybe a problem in the summer months. Agree there is no quiet areas
The best thing about my stay was...For what we paid, everything

Resort & Hotel friendly
Jen Baker, Ipswich
We found all staff extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Hotel grounds were kept clean but were smaller than anticipated. When around the pool there were no quiet areas but on the plus side the sunbeds with cushions were comfy. We asked for a quiet room but unfortunately we were in a very noisy room on the third floor above reception where we had traffic noise all day and night. The patio doors didn't seem to keep out the noise. Also our room was next to the cleaners stairs/storeroom and they were extremely noisy first thing in the mornings, but we must say our room was spacious and clean. We found the restaurant food basic but having a snack bar open nearly all day was a big advantage as you could get much better food here. Obviously the all inclusive drinks were great. Also there were no areas where you could get away from the loud entertainment or children running around.
The best thing about my stay was...Closeness of the beaches and Charlies Bar

OK but won't be back
Martyn Caine, Dudley
We went a few years ago not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Food choice was of a good quality for a 3star hotel. Went back for a short break of 3 nights with some friends, hotel has changed ownership and the quality of food and choice has definitely taken a backward turn. We got by for the 3 nights we were there but would not think of booking again. Shame because staff really pleasant and nice to still see some of the old faces we saw there before. The staff in the dining room still as friendly and always smiling. Maid service, cleanliness of whole hotel faultless but food let it down.
The best thing about my stay was...Weather made the stay, and sunloungers with pads, best change to hotel as chairs really hard before.

ALL INCLUSIVE FOR 1 WEEK FIRST WEEK OF AUGUST 2011
ROY & SUE CARSON, Northampton
ALL STAFF VERY FREINDLY EVERY WHERE VERY CLEAN, THE OVERALL ENTERTAINMENT WAS EXCELENT JOHAN WAS MULTY LINGUAL AND HELPED TO GET A MIXTURE OF NATIONS TO JOIN IN THE FUN RIGHT FROM YOUNGSTERS TO OLDER PEOPLE. WE NEVER HAD TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR THE BAR STAFF WHO WERE VERY BUSY ALL DAY LONG, THE SNACK BAR WAS EXCELENT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THE MIXED SALAD. ALL THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND FOR ME IS QUITE SOMETHING I AM NORMALLY A VERY PICKY EATER. DOWNSIDE THERE IS NO AIR CON IN THE RECEPTION NOR IN THE BAR/ ENTERTAINMENTS ROOM AND NO FRIDGE IN THE BEDROOMS. FAILLING THIS BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF REALLY ENJOYED THE HOTEL,THE HOTEL AND THE SURROUNDING AMMENITIES
The best thing about my stay was...VERY RELAXING

worst hotel we have stayed in
john coleman, woolwich
Just back from the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. the food was shockingly bad very bland and absolutely no imagination from the chefs what so ever, every one had to stand in line as if we were back at school and as for the staff they never seemed to crack a smile. the daytime entertainment wasn't to bad although you had a choice to join in but if not they didn't bother you again, at night time unless you had kids under 10 there wasn't much to keep you in the hotel as there choice of entertainment was watching a reptile show or as they put it some spectacular water light show, which in fact was the dancers on a make shift floating stage, so ended up spending more money going down town for a descent meal and cocktails which wasn't cheap,i spoke with numerous people staying there and everyone had some sort of complaint about one thing or another, i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy.

Basic but good value
Simon Tidswell, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
This hotel is 3 star and is about right in its rating. I found the hotel clean and tidy with reasonable large well cleaned rooms. Staff were veru freindly and helpful on reception although some of the bar and resteraunt staff were less friendly. This was probably because the 2 downsides to my stay was constant queue's at the bar for drinks, especially on an evening with no urgency from staff and the bussiest resteraunt for breakfast and evening meal that i have ever being in. The pool area is good with sufficient sunbeds and location is great with two beaches / bays within easy walking distance. nearby shps and bars also add to the location although being all inslusive we stayed in the hotel most evenings.
The best thing about my stay was...Comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms led to good nights sleep
