A fantastic second stay - will return again!
Emily, Wakefield, Yorkshire
This was the second stay I have had at the Ashling Hotel, the first being five years ago where I stayed in a great twin room with a friend. This year I took my fiance for his birthday and we were surprised with an upgrade to a superior double room with some lovely chocolates. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, it was also quiet at night. The location looks out of the way but it's only about a 20 minute pleasant walk into Temple Bar/ the shopping area or a very quick and cheap hop on the Luas/metro. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all, the hotel made our trip a fantastic one and I will certainly be back.

My 3rd stay here for a shopping trip. It is ideal. The location is perfect after you arrive in Dublin by train. The ashling is just a walk across the bridge. Drop off the bags and off you go in to the city by Luas for d shops. You can get on d luas in front of Heuston station for the city. You are in jervis street shopping area within a few stops. There is a storage room where you can leave your suitcases if your room wasn't ready or the next day. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. No delays in checking in or out. The hotel is spotless. The room was v spacious and clean. The breakfast was super. Plenty of everything, fresh food. There was hundreds of items on the breakfast menu. You could eat as much as you like! Would be back here again for another trip. You can't beat the location.

Hotel was lovely, food was great for breakfast. Staff were friendly but would never return to Dublin again. At every step there was beggars and homeless people asking for money. Felt very uneasy whilst in dublin
