Nice Suprise. I stayed here over 10 years ago and was not expecting a lot!. The apartments are bright modern and spotless. The beds are comfortable and the towels were Loverly and fluffy. The pool area and gardens were great and the staff Loverly. Great value for money. Thanks for a Loverly holiday.
The best thing about my stay was...The relaxing complex and the weather

Tisalaya Park appartment
Philip Cooper, United Kingdom
We stayed at Tisalaya for three weeks in January 2015 and that was our third visit, each visit being 3 weeks in January each year. In previous years we've accepted the accommodation is of "budget" quality and had no problem with that. However, this year we found the bed sheets to be old and very rough and the mattresses were lumpy and badly stained. We found sleeping quite difficult. Also this year the heating to the one small pool had been switched off and the fact they had a heated pool removed fro their web site description, I suppose thats fair enough but we had enjoyed the pool on previous visits but were not able to do so this time which was a big disappointment to us.
The best thing about my stay was...the free beach bus.

I like tisalaya park and go there at least 3 times a year and book more of friends and family members to come with us. I would recommend tisalaya to any friends and family. they are friendly and helpful and have time for there guests.

We were located in a first floor apartment overlooking the pool, the apartments are a nice size with lovely high ceilings. The apartments are a good standard for the price, inside they have the basic requirements with any extras available to rent at reception. They are cleaned often and have a small balcony in the bedroom as well as the main balcony, this allows a nice cross breeze through the apartment. We stayed in July and the apartments were full with mainly local families, this is normal for the location/time of year but it did mean the pool was always full (beds reserved early). The only issue I had was the noise level in the bedroom, our bedroom backed out onto a main road - traffic 24/7. Trucks, buses, etc... there are rooms located on the opposite side of the pool but as it was high season these were full. I would stay in the Tisalaya Park again but it would be off season and I would have to be located away from the road.
The best thing about my stay was...The price

Reasonably priced basic resort
Small complex. Basic and sufficiënt. Well maintained and clean. Large tv in appartement, but pay per day system is not of today. Better to rauwe the price of the appartement with a few euros/ pounds per day.
The best thing about my stay was...Price/quality

Enjoyable 2nd stay

May 2014. This was the second time that I have stayed at Tisalaya Park and I am certain that I will stay again. On my first stay in Oct 2012 I was very happy with the cleanliness of the appt and complex as well as finding the staff helpful and friendly, my second visit has lived up to that once again. In fact I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the appts which were already nice have now been upgraded with fresh decoration, new furniture and new kitchen units. Unusually for budget accommodation they also provide large flat screen TV's (rather than old style small screen TV's. TV is payable at reception to go live payable via a payment machine where you programme how many days you want it for. The TV is a bit expensive if you don't watch it much, I prefer the ones that have a coin operation as then you only pay for what you use wheras here you pay by the day so if like me you only watch the news each day then I think in hindsight I wouldn't have bothered with it. However they do have film channels and music channels so for some people it is probably good value. A very useful addition is WiFi now available in the appts, I have seen reviews that say the WiFi is expensive and not very good, I can only say that the people making those observations obviously don't use WiFi in hotels elsewhere as I was impressed with the low cost per day and found the signal strength very good and had no problems at all. Other add on's are the usual things like safe rental, toaster and kettle etc which are no more expensive as anywhere else. There is a nice Bar and Restaurant on site which I used on a few occasions when I didn't feel like eating out and the food was good for the money and again friendly staff serving. What I really like is that if you want to sit in your own appt and have a take away then you can order anything off the normal menu not just a take away menu which they put into a closed container for your which keeps the food warm and can easily be eaten out of. Parking is just outside the complex and is public parking which can be a problem when it gets busy at weekends as the spaces do go quite quickly so out of 18 dyas that I was there I probably had about 3 or 4 occasions when I spent a bit of time when I got back in the evening finding a space, However not a real hardship and certainly wouldn't put me off staying there. In summery a good complex, nice apartments, adequate facilities, nice staff and if you get a good rate via an online booking company then good value for money.
The best thing about my stay was...Fairly peacefull
