Best holiday EVER!
Tomsett Family, York
My family stayed in the Skorpios Hotel and couldn't have been more delighted. Staff were lovely, food was great- something for everyone and not restricted to certain things. (We went all inclusive). The facilities were amazing, especially for our daughter. Everything was closeby and there was no need to leave the complex as everything available needed for a holiday was on site! The day after we came home we tried to book again for next year and discovered that it is becoming an adults only hotel which really disappointed us since it had been so amazing for our little one!! Such a shame but it has definitely set the bar high for us finding another all inclusive hotel just as amazing as this one. We were there 12th October for a week and the weather was also fab.
The best thing about my stay was...Sea view was breathtaking! All-inclusive food was spot on! The beach was on the doorstep! EVERYTHING!!

we have stayed at this hotel meny times ( marina corfu ) and have always had a fab holiday,i know it is closing down at the end of October and it has been sold, but the sitting outside the dinning room was bad torn armchairs tables that rocked when you put something on them, and we still paid the same price as befor, but the food was as good as always, and the rooms were clean and bright, lovely maid on floor 6. We were there from Sept 8th to the 22nd,think it will be to much money for us to go back next year, when the new hotel is done.
The best thing about my stay was...lovely people made lots of friends, staff great

Had another wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are so friendly and efficient. We didnt use it the pool sunbeds. We preferred the beach. Plenty of sunbeds. No problems. Food is really good. Location is perfect. We will be booking for next year in the refurbished 5 star hotel. So glad the same staff will be remaining
The best thing about my stay was...Location and friendliness of staff

Great short kid free break

We were a bit dubious having read a few bad reviews but were pleasantly surprised. We were in the Corfu hotel and our room was outstanding, definetly a superior room. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room comprised of 2 balconies with sea view, a dressing area with safe, fridge and plenty of handing space and shelves. Walk in shower and double sinks. Sofa area with large tv on wall with English channels. The beach was stunning, there were two pools one very busy and full of kids which we expected and at least they weren't winging at us. The other pool was smaller but quieter. Sun loungers are locked at the end of each day and it seemed that people grab a space by placing their beach towels over a chair them replacing it with a sunbed once un locked. Lots of umbrellas too. I went down at 8.30am on our last morning and managed to get the last umbrella space. The sea was beautiful, you could swim right out and snorkel. The dining hall was ok, the food was varied, go with an open mind. Plenty of salad, hot food like stews, potatoes, veg, pasta dishes. Lots of vegetarian options. We found a carvery at the back on the last night. Nice puddings, lots of fresh fruit and cheese and biscuits. We had mussels one night, carvery, lamb hotpot, roast chicken and salad. At lunch and dinner there's wine, beer and fizzy drinks that you help yourself to. I added lemonade yo my red wine as it was cold so made a type of sangria. The breakfasts were yummy, cooked choices, bacon, eggs, sausage, beans hash brown. Lots of fruit and pastries. Bar- drinks were in plastic cups during the day, you could help yourself to as much Fanta, Coke etc as you wanted. Slushies ( I added vodka). Beer was nice, lots of spirits and huge measures! Ice cream was small pots, any others you paid for. Entertainment- we only went on the first night as we didn't have our kids with us but it seemed fun, ours would have loved the discos and talent show. Adult only area was amazing, we won a competition to go for one day, so relaxing with day beds with a gorgeous view, waiter service and jacuzzi with was lovely and cool. Staff were helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and felt loved. Would def go back!
The best thing about my stay was...The view, the room, general atmosphere and gin measures!

fair maiden, scotland
This was our third visit. The food was never brilliant but it has deteriorated and every meal is an uninspiring array of foul tasting, rubbery fish, courgette or aubergine stuffed with horrible 'meat' paste and occasionally nice stews or chicken. The potatoes are very tasty but mostly the food is depressing! People wander around the food selection getting more and more despondent!!! The rooms are basic but fine with good air conditioning. The whole pool beach area is mobbed and noisy. The terrace is essentially where the smokers go and my kids hated it. The TV is too small with a terrible reception and this meant we had to escape to local bars to watch the Euros. Beach and sea are gorgeous but lots of jellyfish stings being treated by the lifeguards.
The best thing about my stay was...going home!

We booked a late break for four nights, all inclusive. For the price we paid didn't really expect much but wanted some sun. We were pleasantly surprised I have to say. We had room 207 which was a family ro and therefore quite spacious for two of us. It has a sliding patio door onto a good size balcony. The bathroom was spacious and everywhere was very clean even though everywhere was looking dated. Staff were helpful and cannot complain about the food as they were catering to multi national tastes, but plenty of variety for the Brits. Being all inclusive the restaurant was a bit canteen like in service but the hardworking staff were lovely. The hotel are trying their best to cater for all groups couples of all age groups plus families with kids in a range of age groups. We were satisfied that we got better than we expected for the price we paid.
The best thing about my stay was...large room and cleanliness of the whole hotel

5 /7 break.

Hotel Corfu. Clean, friendly, very helpful staff. Lovely location with clean sandy beach and clear blue safe sea. Oh dear. The hot food was disappointing. Unimaginative and bland. Please don't write this hotel off though. I would love to return but please improve the food quality you do yourself a disservice due to this.
The best thing about my stay was...Cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.
