nice hotel shame about the rules
This was a lovely looking hotel, it was very close to the beach but also close to the main road so could be noisy at times. Was this what I expected of a four star , no. The individual staff were fine but the supervisors and restaurant managers were rude and offensive. It is unreasonable to prevent clients from eating on the terrace for breakfast until 8:15 Myself I enjoy the early morning sun , and felt it unreasonable I could not use the sunbeds until the chains were removed at 9am. Cleaning was adequate, but supplies were not replenished in the room Food was plentiful , but I think it would have become repetitive if there more than a week., plenty of sea food All inclusive bar:Only 2 cocktails (neither of which I liked). Would I stay here again , no
The best thing about my stay was...sunset

My sister, daughter and I spent a week at this hotel at the beginning of July, everything was great. The food was delicious, something for everything due to the wide choice. The restaurant overlooks the bay so we ate out as often as possible. Our room had a sea view which we loved. There is an adults only chill out area and solarium, lovely and peaceful. The hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and courteous. We felt the pool area was too small for the size of the hotel and space around it cramped, it didn't bother us too much as we spent our days on the beach a minutes walk away. Fabulous location, only a 15-20 stroll in to San Antonio. Would love to go back
The best thing about my stay was...No one thing stands out, all great.

Ok for short stay
Richard, Northern ireland
At first glance, this hotel was lovely. Extremely close to the beach, and has a great view of the sunset - prob one of the best I've seen. However, there are a few things that made our stay less than wonderful. The food. On arrival we were able to grab lunch - and we thought it was fab. The dining area is very large, with plenty of seating. We thought the selection was good, with plenty on show. We had dinner that night as well, and once again it was lovely. The problem with the food is that even though they try to make it look like they put on something different every day, all they are doing is being ambiguous with how they serve. Nearly every day was a pork main, potatoes and rice. And also calamari every day. It became very boring very quickly. The drink. I am a cider drinker and unfortunately they didn't have any cider as part of the all inclusive. However you could pay a supplement of €4 euro to get a bottle of magners. This really was extortionate as if you were not all inclusive the drink was €5. The beer was absolutely disgusting - and meant I really couldn't enjoy the all inclusive of the bar. The entertainment. What can I say? Unless you like bingo and parrots it's the worst entertainment at any hotel I've ever been at. Really poor and really cheesey. There is an "adults only" bar, which had entertainment on every other night. When no entertainment was on they played the worst chill out music you could listen too. The cleaners. This was probably one of the worst aspects of the hotel. In our entire week staying, our bedsheets were changed just once, Our last day. As well as this, the glasses they provide in the room were never ever replaced. The good thing about this hotel is location. It's not too close to the west end and has a fantastic view of the bay. The all inclusive is not worth it in my opinion and would recommend anyone staying longer than a few days to try elsewhere.

Family & Friends Ibiza fornight
Paul & Joy Talbot, Manchester
a umber of friends take annual trips to Ibiza, we are the grandparents but still like to club etc. This time the younger members of the group all in their late 20's early 30's had 7 children under 4 including our two grand daughters. We usually stay in the Bellamar but opted for a change to this hotel. What we can say everything was excellent. Staff very friendly, great bar service, made every day and the rooms were faultless. Food very good although after two weeks it gets a bit same same.
The best thing about my stay was...Overall enjoyable relaxed quality hotel

Hotel interior is immaculate, location is great for a relaxing holiday away from the grubbier side of Ibiza. Views from the terrace and bars are fabulous and there is comfortable modern outdoor and indoor decor and seating. Food is just what you expect from Spanish all inclusive! Not brilliant but not completely poor either. The rooms are nicely decorated but our balcony was to the back with a horrendous view of a building site and there was a smell of sewage when you opened the door! Such a shame as the views on the other side were stunning. While I understand that if you don't pay for a sea view there is no guarantee however I didn't expect the non sea view to be so horrible! Just didn't use the balcony. Really nice friendly staff for the most part. Gorgeous chill sunset bar but we couldn't sit on it as the seats were soaking each night. Entertainment a bit hit or miss. Overall a good holiday but couple of disappointments.
The best thing about my stay was...Hotel location, decor, views from bar,

Nice hotel, staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday, always something in restaurant to eat. Entertainment was poor apart from abba tribute & the holics. Not a lot to do & see in hotel when the weather was bad.
The best thing about my stay was...View from room across the bay

This hotel was perfect. The staff were really helpful and the rooms were modern and clean. The location was great. The view of the sea was amazing. The hotel is in a quiet area but only a short ten minute walk to the more lively area of San Antonio. This is perfect for couples and families. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best I have ever stayed in .The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was varied and excellent. The only fault I have is there was not enough hanging space for clothes .
