The hotel's best asset is its location right in the centre of town and very close to all the monuments and Renaissance cathedral. The double room we had at the time was being renovated so there were little things that were not yet 'working' i.e lighting around the bed area and found that the house service was not efficient in cleaning or toiletries were not topped up (albeit we stayed only 2 nights). Staff were friendly enough and helpful with understanding the parking arrangements.
