This is an outstanding hotel even by 5* standards. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and fitted with everything a traveller might need. The breakfast buffet is superb and while on the subject of superlatives the view of the Old Town (Alt Stadt) from the hotel is out of this world, particularly at night. If your room faces the 'other way' there is no need to worry because there is a tv channel with a live camera in the hotel which gives a moving view by day and night. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes' walk from Dresden Neustadt station. And all this for £73 per night in a double room!
