My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights from 2nd April 2008
when we booked with Alpha Rooms we requested a ground floor room which was duly allocated on arrival the room was beside the pool just had to open to the patio/verahanda of the room and the small gate each room on the row had a gate (all very private) and we were at the very clean pool ( no debri) wlth the sun beds beside the room the description of the hotel was as stated a good 4*
the reception were more than helpful nothing was a problem we had requested extra pillows and these were sent up right away
the rooms were spotless the bedding was very clean the towels changed every day the friendly maid service ( there was always an "Ola") cleaned the rooms every day the beddding was changed midweek the bar and restaruant staff were very friendly and extremely helpful nothing appeared to be a problem
the food was well presented and a menu describing the food was on the counter
and we always got enough to please our palate we were on a half board basis we did not have to eat out except at lunch when we went out to town there is a good bus service or if you wish you can walk
there is enterainment every night and a "happy hour" as well
we found the hill up to the hotel a bit of a bind then we discovered we could go through the garage (which does not have a hill) to gain access to the lifts to all floors a set of lifts to each side ... one thing to note the gates to the garage close at 6-7 pm daily (check notice) for security... how do we rate our stay 5 out of 5 we had a very pleasant stay (even had BBC NI on the tv)!!
will we go back ....yes and we will reccomend this hotel to our friends ....just one thing if you have a big problem walking and go out to the town and shops get a taxi up to the front door or use the garage entrance (no hill)
