Villa Elena is typically 19th century, commodious and now divided into two parts, one for the owners, the other on offer here and both completely autonomous. The Villa Elena overlooks the ancient village of Brugnato, which is approximately 600 metres distant with shops, pizzeria, restaurant and everything for immediate needs and the little hill-top village of Cornice which is a must to visit. Within a thirty-minute drive are the glorious beaches of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Portofino, the most exclusive resort town in Italy. The property comprises of three bedrooms and sleeps up to five people, also included is a kitchen with indoor barbecue, hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher and sitting room with open fireplace. The spacious, high ceilinged rooms are furnished with fine antique pieces and comfortable sofas. A large, furnished and railed terrace to the front overlooks hilltop villages and the entirety is backed by the Apennine Mountains. Villa Elena is the perfect location for a spot of relaxation and a taste of rural Italy. PLEASE NOTE: There may be a final cleaning charge of which is payable locally. There is a security deposit of 260 Euro’s payable locally. Guests using the central heating facility will incur a charge of 300 Euro’s per week and rentals less than one week will incur a charge of 70 Euro’s per day. There is also a maid service available for a charge of 15 Euro’s per hour.
