Excellent Value for money this hotel in regard to decor and location, very clean and decent breakfast - friendly staff. Around 15/20 mins walking distance to the Eiffel tower, and 5mins minutes from the Xavier metro.
Only complaint is booking a double room and getting 2 single beds side by side, also the room 404 beside the elevator shaft (which we had) can be a tad noisey when the lift is moving up to the next floor.
but all said and done with this compared to the rest of the 3 star hotels in paris id rather have this one.
