Great apartment - July 07
03 October 2007
We arrived at 3am and were lucky we'd already read up about the key issue! It is a pain but you get what you pay for I suppose. The apartment was excellant for the money, everything you need and really spacious. Great base (located within walking distance of beach, Aqualandia and the beautiful Rincon district) with a beautiful pool but the life guard spoilt it for most holiday makers. She was just doing her job to keep the residents happy but was really over zealous at times and had a number of argumets with people. We told any new people the rules - NO FUN ALLOWED. If the lifeguard leaves, I'd definatley go back but otherwise no way!!

very disapointed
17 September 2007
when we arrived at 10.00pm the reception and the gates were locked the phone no on the window was unaccesable. had we not waited until a group of guys came out and explained about picking up the keys at the palm beach we would have had to find alternative accomadation. alpha rooms should have pre warned us about that senario. however the room turned out to be average but again we didnt see a soul until the last day when a guy called at 10.00am for the keys. we had no change of bedding and no cleaner all week. hence i will not be returning here again as a regular user of alpha rooms i was very disapointed to say the least.john bohlin.+3.

GREAT AT TIMES
10 September 2007
when we arrived we new that we had to pick the keys up from the palm beach hotel. The rooms we were given though were excellent, but the pool was small and in the shade. We was told we would be able to use vacanza's pool as this is the one that we had booked for. the lifeguard however had a different view she belived we were tresspassing and called the police (but they never showed) she shouted and swore at me and my 5friends and humiliated us everyday. The english man (don) in the bar/cafe was fantastic he sorted the matter out and on the last day after a week of arguments with the lifeguard she finally came and apologished and said we were now actually allowed to be there. All the english people at the pool was clapping and cheering and even the lifeguard smiled.
The rest of the holiday was FANTASTIC i had a really good time. me and my friends thought is was great especially the benidorm bar crawl we went on 2 of them and joined in all the fun. The waterpark is also a great day out with plenty to do. i would recommend benidrom to anyone especially the young and lively in peak seasons, and only this hotel if the lifeguard leaves or gets sacked, as she spoilt our days round the pool. will definately be returning to benidorm in the future.

when we arrived there was a mix up we were told our apartment was unavailable due to a boiler problem we were offered alternative accomodation but this was totally unacceptable we made a fuss and we were told the boiler had been fixed! The pool is fantastic although strict rules apply no inflatables or ball games the barman is very helpful and friendly and you can hire sun chairs from the bar. There was loads for the kids to do Terra Mitca was ok and water park was good although expensive at both parks accommodation was roomy and adequate although you only have 1 cleaner a week we did use the washing machine frequently.the location is on a hill we walked down to the beach but got a taxi back most times or frequent bus.Overall a good holidy that our 2 teenage girls enjoyed very much.

OK
25 July 2007
We arrived mid-night and I knew beore hand where to pick the keys up from, lucky the person I booked the transfers with took us there then back to the complex. When we got back w didnt know which entrance we had to go in or what building we were in!! It was sheer luck we found it after 10 mins of wondering around, with two young tired kids in tow it wasnt pleasent. Once in the room I thought it was of a good standerd, very pleasent. Two bedrooms but we were told it had two bathrooms, still looking for the other one, could not find it. The pool was everything it looked like in the picture. Waited for the pool lounges to come out but they did not appear was told there were none. All the residents had their own chairs! Then there was the rules of the pool, basicaly all you can do in the pool is swim around and thats it. So if you have kids dont bother they cant do anything not even a small ball in there, they might upset the old residents and there was a lot of them there, watching to see if you done anything wrong and they would go straight over to the guard and tell them so she would then tell you of. But if you were spanish kids in there you could do what you liked!! So we spent time out and at the beach, the weather was brill. As for the hill it is as big as they say, but you can take your time. I would say if you have to push a pushchair every where then this place is not really suitable for you, or if you have trouble walking. Apart from a few things the holiday was lovley but would use a different apartment next time, would still use alpha rooms could not fault them.

HOLIDAY WITHOUT STRESS
03 July 2007
Great place to stay - no problem getting taxi up steep hill and just a couple of euros but the collection of keys we found to be such a hassle. You're so tired after arriving - suitcases being dragged then you have to travel about a mile (well it seemed like that distance) to collect keyes. We all felt very annoyed about that - everything else just great - clean, lovely pools. Loved the location. Please, please improve the ke collection arrangements then all would be perfect.

Vacanza Apartments
26 May 2007
Firstly the positives. Good, clean spacious apartments in good location albeit up a steep hill. On the negative side, the key collection arrangements are a joke. The Agency is about 1 mile away from complex and if like us you are dropped off by airport transfer with cases it is a long trot down to the office. Also the swimming pool was closed during our stay in May. If key pick-up arrangements were improved then this would be a good base for your holiday.

excellent apartments fully equipped with everything that you need only downside's was the lifts could be a little unreliable which is a pain when you are on the ninteenth floor also for the less mobile its a litte out of the way up a hill.

Review of 'VACANZA COMPLEX'
15 March 2007
Excellent apartments. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms which were overall very clean and spacious. Well located, just a short 5 minute stroll to bars and night-life. Beach a further 10 minutes on. Complex very secure - both apartment and car parking. Only problem was acquiring our keys - booking form said pick keys up from the Caimen Bar on the beach-front which when we arrived was boarded up, not opening for another 2 days. Eventually told by other Vacanza stayers to get keys from Hotel Palm Beach further up the hill - not getting in our room until midnight. Holiday made up for initial hiccups.

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
23 July 2006
Situated in the Levante beach end, and up on a hill, walking into town was easy, but coming back exhausting, especially in the very warm weather we experienced.
Vacanza Apartments are ideal for families. With a large swimming pool, and separate children's pool, our daughter was entertained for hours. However, one point to mention, no inflatables were allowed in the main pool which includes a baby swimming aid!
Apartment was clean and tidy, and well equipped. We booked a two bedroomed apartment, and this came with 2 bathrooms which was a bonus we hadn't expected.
One downfall is the Reception has been moved to approximately 1.5kms from the complex. This is totally unacceptable as when arriving you are expected to travel this distance with children, and heavy suitcases, to pick up the keys. Also, any problems/queries you have during your stay there is no-one on site to answer/solve these queries.
Otherwise, a fab place to stay.

The appartments were really spacious and very clean Or two bed had fitted kitchen with hob Microwave Fridge Freezer Utility room with Washing Machine The pool is absolutely beautiful a main pool and then a seperate splash pool for the little ones The only downside is the amount of steps and hills if you have a pushchair not great, and there were no sunbeds by the pool. also you are not allowed inflateables etc in the pool which is a bit of a nightmare with the children Would definately stay there again very close to all bars restaraunts and nightlife Overall one of the nicest self catering apartments I have stayed in.

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
17 May 2006
These apartmants were excellent. Definately above average!! We were just looking for a very cheap week away, 4 young women with a 7 year old girl. Was a bit apprehensive as it was so cheap, but it was great, really clean apartments basic but everything you need for a week away. The pool was stunning. There were plenty of kids for our child to play with and make her own fun, but not too many to be rowdy and spoil our fun! the only draw back was as our holiday was early in the year, the sun loungers were not yet unlocked, this would have spoiled it if it was our main holiday of the year!!
It was very easy to obtain our keys when we got there as we arranged our own transfers, We envisaged trapsing round benidorm at all hours, but thank god we weren't. The office staff were extremely friendly and helpful i would definately go back!!!!!!!!!

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
10 May 2006
Never again. Arrived at these apartments at 10.30 in the morning there was no reception and nobody around to let us in, so we waited and waited and waited. Two boys came out to let us in and we had to walk for an hour to find reception as it had moved the other side of benidorm. Finally got our keys. Apartment was nice, pool was nice but still noboby around. Only had 1 key per room which was useless as there was four of us sharing. The key was for our room and to get us in to the complex which has fencing all around and a huge gate which you need the key for to get in. So if we went out without all our party how could we get in? Absoulutely rubbish place no reception no staff and dodgy geezer walking around. Up a very large hill towards the back of benidorm. In the end moved out and found alternative accomodation. DONT STAY THERE.

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
11 January 2006
Stayed at Vacanza apartments in December 2004. The well equipped rooms were very clean & tidy & we found the staff to be helpful. The pool is magnificent & beautifully lit at night. The shops/bars are only a short walk away (downhill) but remember the return journey is uphill!! (or you can always use a taxi for just a few euros). Friends of ours stayed in a studio on the complex & weren't happy with the cramped conditions. We would definitely stay here again in an apartment!!

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'

Good Ho Alpharoom-its a combination of ease, dependability & price that makes the service so comebackable. Vacanza is good quality for Benny appartments. Wash machine, plenty of space, verandah and towels etc changed regularly. Down side is Spanish TV and difficult key pick up-but they're all like that! 2nd time there and would stay again.

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
06 December 2005
This accomodation was very nice, a short distance from the main entertainment area. It was clean, tidy and spacious. The room itself was quite secure, however there is a code to get into the complex that someone walking along the street told us! The pool was well staffed with a lifeguard at all times. I would use this apartment again if I were to go back.

Stayed there with a party of 16 males. Youngest 22, oldest 70, I'm 53. Checked in with minimum of fuss. Reception very friendly, and helpful with any queries put to them. Apartments very spacious, and well fitted. The whole complex was very clean, and well maintained. The beach and town were easily accessible (though it is situated on a small hill/bank).
Security was excellent, and not overbearing like you can find at other locations in the resort. They, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful when their assistance was required.
The bedding and towels (plenty provided) were replaced, and the apartments cleaned halfway through the week. For us this was more than adequate.
In all, these apartments offer excellent value for money, and I shall be rebooking (at least once) next year. I have shown this review to my fellow 15 travellers, and they are in full agreement with my comments. They were unable to state any negatives over my choice of accommodation.
Value for money = Vacanza Apartments!!

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
14 November 2005
We had a nice stay with nice weather, but the flat was old and the sofabed was impossible to sit in, so we had to use the plastic- chairs from the balcony to sit in, not comfortable. So we missed one or two good places to sit. The other couple that we travelled with got a new flat in 17. floor at another building and that one was wery nice. We also missed one TV channel with international news in English in our flat, but the other flat had one such channel. A nice stay and nice staff, but our flat was old and used, but clean. Altogether satisfied, but next time a new flat in th front building.

Review of 'VACANZA APARTMENTS'
29 September 2005
I went with my husband and 3 children aged 6,7 and 10. Loved everything, great large pool and also a smaller paddling pool for tots. Room had washing machine, large kitchen, bedroom on suite with bath and shower and toilet and also had separate toilet and shower, which meant no queues. Would def recommend - tried to book for 2006 but not available on the dates i want. Only problem was getting into room arrived at 5am and had to wait around until 9am for key, but was worth the wait.

The apartments and pool are excellent, well located and clean.
However, be warned, collecting keys was a problem which we had hoped to avoid by telephoning in advance. We arrived at 2230hrs to find no-one at reception and the bar completely closed. We had to wait until 2400hrs when the porter arrived (who was very helpful) before we could access our room.
