Having just spent 6 nights at the Mihkli we have absolutely no complaints from this hotel. There is so much to see and do in Tallinn that we realy just used the hotel as a base to sleep. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and of course speak very good English. Breakfast was tasty with either hot English type or cold continental type with cold meats, fish and cheese. Location is quite good with only a 10 minute walk to the edge of the old town. We used the public transport located just outside the hotel which is only 2 or 3 stops to the centre. Although the hotel is on a fairly busy road we never had any problems with noise. Overall this hotel was good and I would go back again.
