Nice cheap hotel

I have been in this hotel for 4 days and I liked very much quality/price rate. The rooms are big and cleaned. The beach is very beautiful and calm. The swimming pool area is good and has massage tent and shisha tent. Some staff are not so friendly but ok for the neeeds. The food could be better, but we got plenty to choose. Don't go to the fish restaurant, not worth a try! We have been with All Inclusive basis and was ok! snack in the beach and pool are weak and coffee is not inclusive. Resuming... we pay a cheap price and stay in a good hotel. The hotel can improve but we enjoyed a lot. Probably I will return one day...

Fabulous Resort

For the second time in 2 weeks we stayed in Tropicana NewTower.On my arrival there was no reservation in it,so we stayed in another 4 star luxurious hotel that we did not like.The next day we were able to move to New Tower.We spent 3 days in it.For the second time we found everything perfect .The staff were nice as usual especially the reservation manager Mr. Ahmed ,Mr. Rasheed one of the staff and all the rest of the people.The animation team did an excellent job,the shuttle driver was very helpful even the security guy was polite.We really appreciate all whats done for the guests,&hope that it will remain such an excellent resort.May I suggest to put wireless internet in the rooms & improve the quality of the desserts!!!! Thanx to the manager & the owner.

We would like to thank evey single person working in this hotel.I stayed in it for 4 nights with my daughter.It was our first time to visit Sharm though we travelled a lot to different countries & was very pleased with everything. The staff is friendly & helpful.Rooms very clean,all sorts of entertainment,all facilities available,waiters & even shuttle driver are nice.I really want to congratulate Mr.Gamal Omar for having such a staff.I would also like to mention the effort done by the animation group as well as the diving center guys.The only defect was the taste of some of the food offered, though there was a good variety but you can improve its taste,especially the dessert.Staying in New Tower will encourage me to visit Sharm again & again.THANX for everything!
