Good again!
27 May 2008
second time for us. a family hotel, but big enough to hide in if you don't do the kids thing! sun beds on the beach are cheap enough if it gets too crowded by the pool, and the staff are great. we booked online as thompson was double the price of anyone else for this hotel but it still would have been worth it. we'll go back.

Great time
14 November 2007
Myself and my partner have just returned from a weeks stay at the Beach Club. We had a great time and can not fault any of the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team really do make the Hotel a great place to stay as they are very committed to their jobs and I feel this is important as guests can sense when things are not what they should be.

Torremolinos Beach Club
20 April 2007
First time at this hotel and have to say really enjoyed the stay.
Food, entertainment and drinks were all very acceptable and nearly all the staff were pleasant and approachable.
The hotel is now dated and in need of some refurbishment but this did not detract from the overall quality of our stay.
Would not visit during school holidays however as lack of sufficient space and sunloungers around the pool could be a problem. There is a very good beach across the road which costs 4 Euros a day each for a sunbed and umbrella.
Also it is easy to get about from the hotel. The local bus into the town stops outside the hotel and a 10 minute stroll takes you to La Colina train station which goes to Malaga the one way and Fuengirola the other .
Will be visiting again later this year.

Review of 'Torremolinos Beach'
05 January 2007
Second time at Beach Club - first time with group of girls this time with husband and three year old and a couple of friends. Once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Stayed for one week from 27th December. Weather was fabulous. Due to the beach being straight across the road my daughter loved it. Food was excellent, staff friendly, rooms clean and entertainment was good. Usually when staying at any all inclusive hotels there is something which lacks a bit but at the Beach Club we have yet to find it. Definitely recommend.

Review of 'Torremolinos Beach'
17 December 2006
Just arrived back yesterday 16/12/06.Having previously stayed at this hotel we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. The annexe looks as though it has been sold off to private buyers. The main hotel was very clean as were the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and always a good variety. The only downside is that in the dining room they use very small dinner plates which can be a bit fiddly when your plate is full but other than that everything else is just fine. We only went on halfboard but when we arrived we were given the option to upgrade to all inclusive for 12 Euros per person per day but we declined this offer as we went out most days visiting different areas so we would not have benefitted from this and as we do not drink this would also not have been of benefit. We took up the option of paying 2 Euros per day for our drinks during evening meals which was well worth the cost. All in all we had a marvellous holiday and the weather was also very kind to us with sunshine and 18-20 degrees every day except wednesday morning when it rained lightly for a couple of hours. We even managed 2 days on the beach. Also many thanks to alpharooms for providing access to this hotel and giving us such a good price. We will definitely check out alpharooms when we book our next holiday.

Review of 'Torremolinos Beach'

The Beach Club at Torremolinos is just a short 10 minute taxi ride from Malaga Airport, taxi generally costs around 15 euros. The Hotel is kept immaculately clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good variety of buffet style meals and entertainment is provided every evening down in the Magnum bar. Buses run into Torremolinos Centre half hourly from the front of the hotel or a taxi can be ordered at reception which only costs 6 euros, there are a wide variety of shops and some great deals to be had. I have stayed many times at The Beach Club and I think it is exceptional value for money. It's great to spend a fortnights family summer holiday, or to spend a short break at any time of year, great also to spend just a night or two on a Christmas shopping trip, the decorations and Christmas lights in the town centre are really beautiful. I love staying at the Beach Club, it's a great hotel!

Great Value for money
13 November 2006
This was my first time at the beach club but will certainly not be my last. Having read the very mixed reports, I wasn't quite sure what to expect but any fears very quickly evaporated. On arrival we received a complementary room upgrade and were able to unpack, have lunch and be out in the sunshine within an hour. Unlike most other all inclusive hotels, long queues for drinks was never a problem at the beach club, the bar staff were very friendly and excellent with children. The choice and variety of food and drink was well above the normal 3* standard and the mandatory use of hand wipes for all guests in the dinning room, was very innovative to improve standards of hygiene. Try to incorporate a Friday night in your stay, the management make an extra special effort in the dining room to rival most 4* hotels. It is never going be the Ritz but for the price I can't fault it. I will be booking again for February

Review of 'Torremolinos Beach'
24 October 2006
We have just returned from a 5 night break at the Torremolinos Beach and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and the maid service excellent. Both the day-time and evening entertainment provided are great and are run by a a very helpful and fun group of people.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, the choice amazing and the quality superb. I have stayed in 4 Star Hotels in the past and this was easily as good, if not better, with Theatre Cooking and Carvery options available.
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and the cost was extremely good value for money.
The location of the hotel is very close to the airport (15 euros in a cab) and right on the beach. The surrounding resort area is fairly quiet at the time of year we went, although a short bus ride will take to you to the resort centre and if you've got the energy, the walk into the centre along the beachfront is lovely.
All in all I would have to rate this hotel as 3 Star PLUS and am planning to return in the near future for another short break.

excellent hotel - we have stayed here before aboute 3 years ago and its standards have not dropped since. its location is a little out of town but the bus stops right outside and the rail station of la colida is a 10 minute walk which connects with the airport and the rest of the costa down to fuengerola - hotel is just across the road to the beach and every room has a seaview i think. my only gripe is the use of plastic glasses for the drinks. rooms are first class. i would rate this hotel 3 star plus.
